But then hyugalife sells multiple Indian protein powders that costs less than 1800 per kg. So ultimately u only proven ur logic of good protein to cost over Rs. 2000 as a false logic. My current body wt is 90 kg and maintenance calories is about 2900 cal
So I have still 1400 cal left to eat .
On non veg days
Chicken breast 300 grm
And 3-4 egg , same 110 grm protein and about 1200 calories on same budget 110 rupees arround
