@@JeetSelalAesthetics Hey Sir I have been doing gym from past two months and thought now I need to start intake of supplements so I found your videos on UA-cam pretty helpful and after that I have chosen some best supplements for me like Creatine, Protein, multivitamins and Omega3 tablets But as I am new to it I don’t know what’s the right time and right quantity and my schedule is different then others I do a night shift job so at the day time a sleep that the reason my water intake is mostly at night time Can you please guide me regarding the same that will help me a lot

I'll recommend this video to everyone now :) also, consistency is very important.. I've seen guys doing 30 sets, and suddenly they stopped after 3-4 months.. even if you do lightweight, and 8-10 sets, that's totally fine but you have to be consistent!!

Well said 6:00. i walk daily 5-6km in open sunlight(field work) i do only 3 exercise of 2 bodyparts.(do gym 3-4 days in a week) And i doesnt affect recovery. Its all depend on your job type,,routine etc

Mai Roz gym jata hu 6 months se par me thak jata hu aake aur kuch karne ka Maan ni karta bus bed par sooya reheta hu mujhe lagta hai ki me overtrain kar raha hu shayaad please ek video iss par humble request sir ❤❤
