Thank you so much! This is such a pleasure for me to do and share for all of you to enjoy from home. I truly appreciate all your love and support. Have a great weekend. Namaste 🙏
Thank you so much Susan, I am happy you enjoyed my class and welcome to my channel. It is a pleasure for me to meet you :). I hope the rest of your day unfolds very well. Namaste 🙏
Thank you Matt for another wonderful class. While doing this class I meditated on the words of the Serenity Prayers. Acceptance requires serenity and change requires courage. While doing the final Savasana pose I used an eye pillow over my eyes, a folded towel under my head, and then using a block to keep it propped up, a 5 kilo sandbag on my forehead. It was really nice.
That's awesome Binyamin, I love that you adapt and so things the way it feels best for yourself. Listening to your body and mind while doing my classes is the best thing you can do for yourself. Thanks for sharing. I got a yoga wheel today from Amazon and will dive into trying to play with it and do a class and see how I like this thing and can use this cool prop and that's because of you so thanks for bringing me awareness to this.
@@YinYogawithMatt I'm psyched for the class. If you don't like the yoga wheel that's also useful information. Either way I"m looking forward to hearing what you say about it and learning how best to use it.
That's totally normal Louise, we do all tend to hold emotions in certain areas of our bodies and that why Yin yoga is such a healing practice as well. It releases those trapped emotions and the best thing is to embrace the release and roll with them. Cry if you need to cry, let it out through the practice and you will feel much better after!
@@YinYogawithMatt Thank You 🙏 Matt 😌 I done the 40 minute upper body yin yesterday. My neck and back cracked a few times, felt amazing 👍🏻 I am going to continue with more of your yin videos 🧘🏻♀️

Does anyone else get emotional during and after yin? Think I hold a lot of tension on my hips and shoulders 🧘🏻♀️
