How to create a Poll in Microsoft Teams

Hi.. Thank you so much for your valuable videos. I have watched all your videos related to Microsoft teams and they are really useful.
I need one clarification in this video.
I cannot see this Poll icon in Microsoft apps available in my organization tenant. I'm the admin and we have allowed only the Microsoft apps for Teams. Are there any restrictions in using "Poll" app? Is it a 3rd party app or a Microsoft app. Need your kind assistance on this.

Can you create a poll with an editable field? For instance, in this poll can you make it so they can fill out the 'Other' field with the name of what they would like?

The poll option shows in the general channel, but does not show up in the sub channels (I don't even see the three dots in the sub channel). Would you know how to create a poll in the sub channel?

How would you find out who voted for what option on any given question?

If you used the FORMS poll you would do this:
Go to the app launcher, and choose Forms you will see all your polls listed. You can see who responded on the responses tab. Choose 'more details' for the list of who responded. And you can see how they responded with the 'view details' button. That lets you page through each response and you can see how they answered.
If you used the POLLS app, I honestly do not know if that's possible to see or not.

@@LearnTechwithBijay honestly, I wouldn't know how to answer that. I have two accounts from two different universities, but I tried looking for the app in both and couldn't find it.

@@midwestslpphoto even in A1 license which is free for education poll is available.. Best to talk with the IT helpdesk at ur University..not sure if they have allowed only some specific apps..
