Hi Kevin, I am a teacher and I just wanted to let you know that our entire district is RAVING about your videos! In all honesty you are the reason that many of us are able to use Teams and help our students use it. Thank you SO SO MUCH for these videos! You are a huge piece in making distance learning possible in our district! Almost anytime someone has a question about Teams, someone else sends them a link to one of your videos, You're the best!

Extremely helpful tutorial! We use MS Teams and have had difficulty in being able to go into PowerPoint presenter view when sharing a presentation. Teams gives way too many choices as to what to present and if you don't choose the right one you won't have access to presenter view. Additionally when your work schedule does not give you adequate time to do your job it creates an even bigger struggle.

Another way to present the PPT in presenter view is I start first the PPT in presenter view (Alt F5)) and then in Teams I share the "slide view (slide 1)". Hard to explain without pictures but if this tip can help one of you you're welcome :)

    Great video. Thank you, Kevin.
I had a meeting last week and I used the whiteboard. There were 13 people and I was in charge of the icebreaker. The activity was to find an object in a picture, but unfortunately, some of them couldn't see the same size of the image that I was sharing. I opened the whiteboard app and I told them to stay in teams, but for them, the whiteboard was moving around, some of them just could see half of the image. (They sent me screenshots). That wasn't a good experience as it should have been.
Do you have any video or any idea of how to solve this? Just to share something, an image, PowerPoint, or pdf, so people would be able to draw in the "file" at the same time and everybody could see the same.

When you use this feature, is this where your students can see your words in other languages?
This is very helpful for teachers.
    Or...
How do you use PPT and teams in a hybrid classroom so that your students can learn in multiple languages?

Wow! This is great, Kevin. Just what I am looking for. I work in a government office and we are presently beginning to migrate away from WebEx to Teams. I am particularly interested in how Teams can integrate with PowerPoint for a seamless presenter's process. I need to be able to see my notes, and viewed your video to see how I could use presenter's view. Unfortunately, when I open my share tray, I do not see a PowerPoint window. I can share my desktop, and I can upload PowerPoint presentations, but I know those are not the preferred options (and when I do upload a presentation, I'm stuck with my slides in full-screen mode). How do I add my presentations so they are available to me in a "PowerPoint Presentation" window? Sorry if my question is basic.
