Can the host see the result, while NEVER involved in voting himself ? In other words, if you don't click 'submit vote ', would you be able to get the result 'live' in the meeting room?
Yes. You can create the Poll but not submit a vote. You see the results live when you set it up to be shown that way (this is an option too).

Thanks! Do I need a Forms license in order to use Polls? Some organizations have Forms turned off for ordinary employees.
Hi. Polls is part of Microsoft Forms and Forms comes with Microsoft 365. You are correct, that sometimes the IT department will limit or restrict this feature. Maybe ask them to turn it on?
How do i delete the polls in the Teams chat?

Thanks for the video. Can polls be created in advance and only shared when required, e.g. in the middle of a training session?
Good question. I have not done this. Because Polls end up in the Forms app, I don't think so. If you open the Forms app you will see that Polls is not an option to create. Maybe Microsoft will change this? Or maybe there is a work around. I will experiment and see if I can find a solution...

How to delete a poll massage in chat?
The only way to delete a poll, from what I understand in the current version of Microsoft, is to the web app as I show in this video. I am not aware of how you can get rid of the poll from the Chat Area - maybe someone in the IT department can help with this?
