That was my first bike at 12 years old. I rode that thing about a billion miles until it finally just died. Same year too! Man that brings back memories lol

This is part of what I love about the old bikes, they always stir up so many fond memories for people. Glad it brought back memories of your childhood man! This week I’m editing the footage for the rest of the top end, will be posting it this weekend so keep an eye out to hear it run! :D

Mine was an xr80, probably a 1980, and the galley where the cam rides wore down and caused the timing chain to go slack and bent the valves.
