Really looking forward to this. I picked up a 78 XR75 and planing on doing a full tear down and rebuild. Any resources you'd recommend would be awesome!
Hi Jimmy. Rocky Mountain ATV for new OEM parts, they have quite a few still available. Stewart's Cycle and ATV is first on my list, he knows everything about XR75s and will take the time to help. He also does a vapor honing of the cases and other parts for a reasonable price. I found the muffler at Stewarts. RE-MX and 4 into 1 are also places to look as well as eBay. Have fun!

Thank you for the offer. I am done with the XR75 and on to a 1980 YZ80. You can see the rest of the build on the XR, there is about 4 or 5 videos in total. Each resto is a completely different bike and usually one I have never owned so it is helpful to bounce things off someone who is familiar with the bike. I still have the XR and if I come up with a problem I will hit you up.
@@JTSCUSTOMS so im 13 i bought this bike hoping to fix it up but the Engine wont kick over it will shift but wont kick over i was hoping it was sezied and poured some vinegar down the spark hole nothing happened
I have original tires on my 77. The back is bald finaly, so this year, it is getting new rubber. im saving the old ones

Hey sorry to bother u may i ask u a few questions about the XR75? i picked a 1977 XR75 Project up for 150$.

@@LilTesticleOfficial Hi Jesse. Your saying the engine won't spin if you use the kick starter, like the engine or piston is frozen?
