ha ha haaaa, Lamda sensors dont come out that easy, best way is to take exhaust off before doing lamda in a vice with HEAT..

Once the lambda sensor cable s disconnected a ring spanner can be slid over it. This will prevent slipping. Still tight though.

Possible use a break ring spanner is most close a little bit open if they are in that size to buy ore heat it up the place around there for a short time
