ha ha haaaa, Lamda sensors dont come out that easy, best way is to take exhaust off before doing lamda in a vice with HEAT..
mine did with a big adjustable 👍
Once the lambda sensor cable s disconnected a ring spanner can be slid over it. This will prevent slipping. Still tight though.
