I rarely comment on UA-cam videos, especially if there are hundreds of comments already as I assume the creator is too busy to read/respond. But I wanted to say I really appreciate your videos, the style, the content and the uplifting manner in which they are delivered. You are doing a great job, and a service to us all.
You don't need to be shy to comment... It's all good.
What I love the most in my relationship is the way my partner and I sit together and recognize our mistakes, even when one starts and the other ends the mess 😝
thats beautiful!
Best rule of advice, forgive but never forget. There's research that suggests if you forgive and forget, people will be more likely to wrong you, but if you forgive and don't forget, you're less likely to be wronged.
Omg, I now just realize exactly how healthy the relationship I have with my best friend is.
Date them
Hope lol no, she’s literally like a sister to me
Lol
what a great realization!
You are doing a great job of helping so many people!
This is really motivating :)
Practical Psychology so is your content!
Yes, this is all great advice. If only people spent their time learning this instead of watching the news and arguing about politics and law all day. There's far too much hate in this world and it needs more venues like this channel teaching people how to be better. Jesus would be proud.
If you want to stay in shape you must continue to eat right and workout. If you want to keep a relationship stay consistent and work towards love. Remember the one you’re with may not always be the one you’re meant to be with.
Most negative emotions come by fear and anger. Tony Robins talks a lot of about this. My advice to always get rid of these emotions is to show gratitude. When you become grateful towards someone else it's very hard to be upset with them.
I definitly plan on doing a video on this in the future. I love that you are trying to make the world a better place, great info in your vids, they seem very thought out.
This video actually came at the prefect time, thank you very much.
Good to see you back to doing good quality content and away from crappy colabs.
The video begins at 0:00 thank me later
It ends at 9:22 too
ImMenddozza no thanks
ImMenddozza Thank god, I don't know what I could have done otherwise
much later
Thanks bro
I miss your song. If your good without it that's great, but the thing is... ITS YOUR THEME! Every time i watch one of your videos I hear it in my ears and its a beautiful and inspirng sound to have. And get this... It correlates to you! Its the song that plays while you talk! Just listening to it can brighten someones spirit! Hope you put your theme back in your videos. Keep up the great work though!
this video came just on time, just having an issue with my relationship!
thanks a lot!
Glad to help :D
Two years later, what happened? Much changed?
@@donna8 the relationship is going quite good
@@PersonalPower nice
i love when synchronicites like that happen!
I learn a lot from your videos my life is becoming better through your messages. You are one of the best mentors of our generation
I NEED your mindset. I am still figuring out how to stop wasting my time. I get anxiety when I think about how short life is. I am too aware of time passing and at the same time I am constantly torn between just enjoying whatever is out there (entertainment such as music, videos, movies, etc.) and also trying to work on my projects for college and trying to think long term. I feel like I'm not gonna get anywhere like that.

GAMBETE, ERN~~!
This video was so helpful, it will give you a flashback to your past relationships that you should do this things instead. I did learn so much about it. A healthy relationships is a good thing and I love the last habit, Lough a Lot.
Communication - that's why my gf left me some time earlier. She simply didn't find the way to speak to me about important things. And I don't know why.
remember that your partner is a mirror reflection of you, so ask yourself what you're holding onto as well that created this lack in communication
@@AlishaKapani Sorry but this is way beyond me now. I thought about it 24/7 before and sure I had some issues but I never had the problem with communication. It was her unfortunatelly who was looking for something, never told me, she thought she will change me somehow secretly and than she just quit all of sudden. Even my parents were totally in shock. We were to be married btw.
Do you have a video about your job/career? If not I think you should post one about what you do, how you like it, the ups and downs of it and how you got into doing that
Thank you so much. I don't know why I don't know these things but it's definitely something crucial to know in life. Thanks for taking the time to make this video simple too.
Thanks. For these series of videos on habit .this is miraculously helpful . Best once on u tube and across web👍🏻 keep up the work
PLEASE DO ADD BACKGROUND MUSIC. THAT MAKES VIDEO MORE INTERESTING AND INCREASES CONCENTRATION.

those are all good and foundational. the key is to find someone, that also values it! One way streets aren't so good...because you can see what needs to happen.

You're really helping me with your habits tips, thank you!
Who else is here from a school assignment? :) You know it's a great video when schools use them for education!
The recap at the end of the video is really helpful
I'm liking practical physiology
could you put the review so that one can view the points all together at once on the sreen so that one can screenshot them all together to save the tips?
Although I couldnt agree more on the content, I dont really see these 10 aspects being habits. Im no native speaker, so I might be wrong when it comes to the term "Habit", but arent these 10 things more like 'aspects' or 'elements' of a healthy relationship? For instance, if "forgiving your partner" becomes a habit, I think that would be an UNhealthy relationship, wouldnt it?
Chibay true ur right
yes Chibay you are correct, however the speaker is referring to making these aspects into habits...for example: making good communication a part of your habitual behavior will increase the quality of your relationships.
Can you do a back to school video (example - how to motivate yourself, or how to get things started for school), if there is such a video can you please tell me the title?
Love your videos, I'm 14 and I'm learning a lot from you
I've become a little addicted to your video's. I watch them whenever they pop up. They're fun to watch and I find them packed with good information and great tips. Thanks!

I really appreciate your feedback :)
All points are awesome but I like the most is 9th....☺☺☺☺
I just got done reading your book last night. I remember this chapter on this topic of this video haha
That's awesome, thanks! :D
Really great video
Great video
Hey love the videos just an idea for a possible video, you've talked about getting rid of bad habits but what about addictions. I don't really suffer any but as examples like smoking, alcohol and video games. I would love to see something like that :)
addictions, habits, anything self destructive is the same. It requires self love and compassion, no judgment of self or making yourself wrong for what you're doing. I filmed a few videos on this that explains why this works so well.
Thanks for this video!! Great information.
Glad you got value from it :)
please always do a review at the end
Great video! I like these videos about habits and I found all of them really usefull.
2 more to come :)
do you hand illustrate these?
Very insightful! Thank you.
Great video, one thing I would like to see would be putting time stamps for each habit in the video description. Other than that nice work!
Good idea
Ah well I laugh at almost everything so I must be a master at relationships!
Totally helped me find out the way my husband feels loved most after 23 years! Thank you!
what a great realization!

awesome my brothers a little antisocial definitely sharing
We watched this in online school today 😂
"people who are beneath you"... well put
I think he means at a lower rank (like an employee) or somebody much younger. "Beneath you" doesn't mean you're better, you're just more experienced or older.
I needed this three weeks ago :(
keep up this great wortk, it does help out many people !!
Laugh is a weapon to survive this life
#5 and #7!!
Who are you to give us wonderful advice?
student or expert or what?
And thank you for these great tips
Good job, love these videos
Love it! Thanks 😘
Hey @PracticalPsychology! First off, I really wanted to thank you for making these vidoes. You undoubtedly have great content, but I feel like there is too much information for me to apply at once. I was hoping that you could, at the end of the "Habits" series, make a few videos summarizing the whole playlist by explaining how to chronologically and strategically apply these techniques for a better life.
Thank you once again for all your efforts and I hope that this feedback will be of value to your UA-cam progress
Great Video!
Hey how did you come up with ideas in the beginning? I'm having trouble coming up with my own video ideas.
Talk about Parenting Skills
How should I handle co-workers with an unhealthy sense of humor? Doing as you said giving people a hard time
A relationship is like a shark. 🦈👩❤️👱♂️
I guess it has to constantly move forward or it dies.
And I think what we got on our hands is a dead shark…😅🦈
You need to bring back the music that was making your vidoes amazing and intresting to watch, tbh thats why i watch your vidoes and when i saw that you stopped using it i just kept watching your old videos lol. anyway keep up the great work you are doing
Thanks for the feedback, I'll bring the music back for future book reviews :)
It's a great video
thank you so much for your video. it surely is helpful ^_^
Nice video!
Video on how to get into a relationship with some lol?
Prête et disponible pour une relatioship tout à fait en accord avec vous et moi je vous remercie infiniment cordialement PC
Grande dica!
Oddly, you seem to be confusing forgiveness, and apology... ??????
Can you define charisma ?
how can i teach this to an ia?
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it :D
Practical Psychology Do you have any advice how to make a better youtube channel?
Video on how to get into a relationship lol?
haha isn't that what everyone wants! I filmed a few videos on how to invite in a partner
6:50 that sounded so arrogant.
You're awesome
Where si the music?
Wow my relationship is hella toxic
I'm certain the intent of your video is good, but it is obvious that you do not understand forgiveness vs. apology...Understanding the deeper meaning of these terms will help your next video..
Earlier than ever :3
First :O
Tarik problem with ez?
0:53 *not much meat in the friction* 8|
my teacher made us watch this
Not first :(
LovE
Nice video, but why did the drawn character that you would not respect have to be black while the respected characters where white?! 4:03
It's not that I think that you are racist or anything like that... But these little things reinforce stereotypical ways of thinking and I don't think this is what you are trying to do :/
MyBasketball1994 totally agree
6:08 he has the black guy as a liar lol
Maybe he has a black or minority friend like that who knows? There's also a black person crying and another looking like a business man.
Yeah I agree there was a lot wrong with number 5. A white man saying he doesn’t know a lot about respect so he’s gonna move on to number 6 and drawing white characters as respectful and a black male as disrespectful is so wrong.
nice :p
Tip number 5 illustration didn't sit well with me... the gestures clothes then the content pretty prejudice and stereotypical!
So... Can I sleep with my best friends girlfriend and then ask for forgiveness? Or is that too much?
xD
Nobou nah man. I do that all the time. Your good. As long as your honest about it ;)

You sound like Morty
