Deciding the final cover of a year long project like this is always strange, simply because you're conflicted with trying to find something that will wrap it all up, end with a bang, and also promise more to come. The ending theme to Ocarina of Time brings a lot of great memories from the first time I beat the game, all the way to probably the 9000th time I've beaten the game. This song was perfect for the end of year 2 and I can't imagine covering anything else to close the project with.
I've always dreamed of making a music video so the goal of this cover was to (with my limited resources) get something that looked like a professional music video for video game music, which has only been successfully achieved by few. This video would not be possible without HUGE favors from my friends Allen Loughman and Ben Beaumier. They are to thank for bringing you guys this monster of a project and getting it together in time for the last video. Filming took a total of about 16 hours over two days and freezing cold nights.
I hope you guys enjoy this video and I hope you guys had as wild a ride watching these as I have had making them. Til next time!

You need a band when it comes to playing live. Otherwise you're stuck with looping everything, which becomes very limiting.

I'm not even a Zelda fan and this gave me the chills.
One year after my comment and I find myself still here, at this video. At this amzing work of art. Sitting here thinking, "How much talent this man has ans how much he cares for his subscribers, fans, supporter... whatever you want to call us". Millions grew up on The Legend of Zelda and many with kids pass down this amazing game series to thier kids.
Zelda has and always will be the game that brought me into gaming, it will always be the one true favorite of mine until the day I die and after on. Jules, coming back a year after my comment to see you have gone so far is something to believe in and look up to. You did, Jules. The quality that each and every one of your videos has just astounds me.... Many people think of covers like this to be nothing but old music being recycled, but to me, the work you put into every song you do really brings nostalgia to me, and makes me feel really happy :) This video in particular, especially the first 2 minutes (in my opinion) was the best work i've ever seen you do. When I played this game years ago I felt a somber sense of completion yet an anxiety of loss. I hear this now all and it all rushes back again. I travel back to that magical place only have that same grip of uneasiness take me over. Beautiful. Just beautiful.

I still remember the first time i saw this ending, for some weird reason it gave me a big nostalgic feeling, like if i wanted to cry, everything about it was so memorable, the characters, the music, the ending, i just can't explain it...i still got goosebumps whenever i see it...excellent cover, just like the ending this was filled with nostalgia, that particular nostalgia only a great video game from your childhood can make you feel.
