I saw Herbie in Yokohama the day before yesterday! His performance was so powerful that it was hard to believe he was 84 years old. I'm looking forward to him coming to Japan again!

So many prominent young drummers have lots of technical skill but relatively little feeling or taste. So trite and soulless. They're like people who never stop talking but have nothing to say.
I wish that, at this point, he'd delve deep into his back catalog...and play some music from his DEATH WISH film soundtrack...wtf, Herbie, it's YOUR MUSIC...🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🫵👍
