I’ve been doing ivanas workouts for a long time and also was a flatty before but now I have bigger and rounder bum. The workouts are amazing because I haven’t used any equipment. I train 4x a week and I combine workouts together. 20-30min. Maybe try it same way. But at the start just do 10-15min maybe 3-4x a week and then build up to it. And stay consistent. Goodluck 😊
The key is to be consistent with it don’t give up I was never flat but as I got older things have changed but doing these workouts made all the difference she has so many different videos to help grow your booty go through them so you can change it up as well Good luck 🫶🏻

I like to choose the most effective no equipment exercises for my workouts and exclude the ones that might look good but they either engage your legs rather than booty or they just quite pointless 😀 the workout routines are however always completely different when it comes to the combination of exercises, the format of the workout, intensity etc. I understand though that workouts are also meant to be fun and same thing can get boring overtime so I like to include here and there some different exercises we don’t do all the time (without sacrificing the quality of the workout or the targeted muscles). So stay tuned for all workouts I post if you like different exercises sometimes. However I must say we have to sacrifice a little bit of the fun part sometimes and prioritise the results (I guess that’s what we are here for). Btw there are more options of exercises you can do with weights. Maybe check out my workouts with weights to change things up. Also my Booty Boost Program includes exercises like Deadlifts, lunges, side lunges,hip thrusts, seated abductions, crab walks etc. with weights and bands, so maybe you can check that out too! It’s a 16 week progressive overload booty program. I appreciate your feedback 🥰❤️
Is it me or why dont you explain how to do the exercises I have to stop each time before the next exercise to see how to do it. Also you are on the side so cant see the position of the move. You also spend too much time moving your hair around adn your booty pictures. I want a good booty exercise and also music not movtivating. Just being honest.
