You can't spot reduce fat (you can't get rid of stomach bulge, esp in a day). You need to be in a calorie deficit and should be eating relatively healthy so that you can lose overall body fat.
Weight Gain is solely based on your diet - not excerises. Trying eating in a calorie surplus (eating more than you burn) and foods that are high in protein, healthy carbs, and fats 😊
All my glute exercises are aiming for muscle growth, you can add some dumbbells as well for extra strength and volume. Make sure you eat enough food during the day with at least 2 protein rich meals. I started strength training because I was too skinny. Once i built some muscle I also put on weight because of muscle gain 😊❤️ muscle gain = exercise + food and protein. Eat protein reach meals at least 2x a day, my favourite are e.g. chicken, beef, fish, eggs, beans. I have them either with rice, potatoes or pasta for some balance of carbs. Eat portions to make yourself feel full enough. You can also add some protein during the day from nuts, protein yogurt, protein cottage cheese, protein shake/water, oats. I eat healthy 70-80% of the time and I balance it out with some treats. I enjoy in the evenings some chocolate or ice-cream, i have a soft spot for cheesecakes or some donuts haha (it is okay to have some treats, it’s the quantity you eat that matters). If there is a superset exercise (where is no rest), the preview of the next exercise shows 10s before it starts. If there is a rest between exercises, then the preview of the exercise shows during that rest. The next exercise is also always displayed in the text overlay the whole time. Sorry, I’m not sure exactly what you mean.. so i tried to explain when the next exercise shows up ❤️ I hope it helps..

Sometimes but it depends on your genetics. It’s better to drink plenty of water, get sleep for 9-10hr, and try limit fatty and sugary snacks
