I use the dremel with the little round sander to make the side, what I call little mouse holes. It worked great and I didn't worry with the wood breaking.
Thanks. I used the thinnest blade I had. I think using the tape as a clamp didn't pull the pieces together quite as tightly as a clamp, as well as a few coats of finish helped take up the space. I can see the glue lines pretty well so I know they didn't squeeze too much. I might make another just for fun to try to work out some more details on clamping.
@@homebuiltshop I actually posted that when you first said you were replacing the flimsy cardboard packaging.... LMFAO I didn't gave to wait for the transfer 🤣... My mom, sister and me used to play it all the time. My wife, unfortunately, never played cards or board games so it's been many years.
Nice n simple. Nice work.
NOW l've learned something!😎👍🤝
Aaaand, that is going to be my guitar pick box. Might add some balsa dividers for different thicknesses. Thanks for the idea Jeff!
Oh yeah, great idea. I like the dividers.
Came for the box, stayed for the transfer. Now I’m gonna go build this.
Thanks!
Great idea

That's awesome. It's a simple box but really looks cool.
Thanks! 👍
very good Jeff shared 💯💯💯👍
Thanks Giovanni!
Cool idea. I'm trying to get a yahtzee cup done. Can't seem to get the rings to line up right. Keep trying though.
That sounds cool. Keep at it. You'll get it. 👍
It's a box😂 I subscribed at this point
Nice project. Did you ever make it to the Post Office to pick up the package I sent?
Yes I did. Thanks so much. They're going to work great. There's an envelope headed your way. I thought it might be there already.
Nothing yet, but mail has been slow due to COVID. Can’t wait to see how you use the shell casings.
I really enjoyed this episode. How did you maintain such tight tolerances between the two boxes.

Hey Jeff nice job, have you ever tried the card game wizard?
Thanks Dave. I haven't tried or heard of it. Is it a good one?
It's great fun.
I'm sure you can do it too. Just look for Stodoys plans.
UNO!!!
Yes! We play it all the time.
