You are very comical! 😂 This is a BEAUTIFUL HOME! However, due to the steep slope in the back, I couldn’t stay there. They will need to lower that price. It’s kind of high for that lot.
First thought this nice after the tour I have concerns. Mismatch finishings. High end door, n8ce kitchen but super cheap bathrooms, unfinished basement, vinyl floors, and wire shelves. It goes without saying the cliff is crazy. Too much 750k.
Excellent vid, FMJ, I like this house, but that back yard is an issue. And that basement had my mind wondering with all the ideas I would do MYSELF down there, just hire an electrician to run the wiring. Keep em coming!
Nice House but the kitchen would be gutted. And the rooms are chopped up. Frederick you love the basement because of that pool table. How often do you men play pool? 😂😂😂😂 ❤Grandma Teresa
I don't like how the yard isn't flat. The asking price may be too much for a yard that isn't level and for a basement that isn't finished. Love the house though. I'm sure someone will buy it soon. They should tile the fireplace wall all the way up to the ceiling to make it look more elegant. The kitchen is definitely nice. I always like an all white kitchen. I even seen an almost all black kitchen and it's very nice, too.
At this price point, I would expect to see higher quality materials to be used in the bathrooms. Why wasn't the tile taken up to the ceiling. A few more tiles wouldn't cost much and the look would be much nicer.
Nice house but the back yard and lack of outside space is a killer. Plus, an unfished basement at this price is too much. I finished my basement in my current house and to finish a basement in this home that fits would run you over 100K.
750k is too pricey for it not to have a backyard or finished basement. Jack-n- Jill bedrooms are designed awkward for positioning bed or hang tv. Other than that...nice home.
Are them ugly vinyl floors a new trend in ATL? Like them porcelain tile floors I've seen in some houses? Cheap electrical fireplaces.. man, them developers really are just doing the most basic of basic shit. like damn wheres the gas fireplace? lol oh for the love of God.. take the damn shower to the ceiling inset (whether its tile or stone). lol

Nice Kitchen
Beautiful home
Nice house, but they threw it up mighty fast with a few critical things missing including vents for the attic!...
This home is nice!

I like deep sinks too. I can't deal with one sink. I have to get a double sink. Not a good idea in my opinion. You have to get a dish pan.

100k you must’ve done something real extravagant
You want $750k for this home with wire shelving and a horrible backyard? In addition to an unfinished basement?
I don’t want $750k lol, but price is always negotiable
