Pantries are very very important lol. The house is absolutely amazing. I really would figure with how substantial the house is the kitchen/pantry and the laundry room would be bigger!!
Lithonia & Stonecrest have lots of hidden gem neighborhoods like this. Anything in the Arabia Mountain or Panola State Park area would be nice too! The views are spectacular ❤
Hi Frederick! Happy Holidays! Nice house. Finish basements can be a pro and a con. As you stated, I would want the theater to be closed off, and I also didn’t see a private bedroom and full bath; but that is a personal preference as I also would not want the bar. The first floor had a lot of wasted space; and the primary bedroom on the second floor is a dealbreaker for me. All in all, nice home, but I think the price is for the neighborhood/area. Definitely, not the house…just my opinion. Interested to see other’s thoughts. Thanks for the tour. ♥️🥰
Very nice. What's going on with the lawn tho? That grass on that huge lawn is not green. In the kitchen I would replace that cooktop island with a square quartz waterfall Island and make upgrades upstairs.
Beautiful house, it's looks like a dream house. I love the size of the lot. I agreed with you in the beginning. From the outside, it looks like a 6 to 7000 thousand square feet house. For that asking price, i would prefer it to be that size
The home is nice without a doubt, but with the amount of updating it needs, it's overpriced. There are comparables in the area and neighboring Conyers that are new or like new for that price or less. As usual, great tour!
Beautiful! The initial walk-up is the curb appeal you want potential buyers to witness. I think the lot size is what most people would want as a standard for a home this size. Remove all shower/tub combos. The bedrooms and bathrooms should mimic MS. as mini-suites. Outside of that, I would buy it.
All contact information is in the description
What’s the asking price tho
@ $825k
Incredibly gorgeous

Lovely home, but the kitchen is a gut job.
This is nice. Move in ready

Lovely home, I'd trade the butler's area for larger pantry though 😊

My husband does chimney/fireplaces always if possible have the fireplace next to bed!!! In case emergency you want heat next to bed
