I do like the layout of this house. It's pretty nice, minus all that carpeting that needs replacing. Upgrading the light fixtures and painting the kitchen cabinets will give this house an updated look. Big house for an ok price.

I like this floor plan a lot. The backyard is very nice too. Just a few upgrades though.

I think this house is on a slab. The sunken family room is a no for me. I would totally gut the kitchen. The backyard is nice. Lots of room even with having a pool. Get rid of all the carpet, gut the bathrooms. Add a bathroom to one of the guest suites. The original owners did hardly no upgrades. Everything looks to be builders grade materials.

No basement for storms, carpet everywhere downstairs, no master on main, hoa, only 8’ ceilings in kitchen. 5 bedrooms but only a 2 car garage. Carpet right at the garage entrance will get dirty quick.

The bedrooms look real small, I have bedroom suites. Bed, nite stand, dresser, & chest for each bedroom. But, I am looking for a 5-6 berm, 3.5 to 4 ba, livrm, dinrm, famrm, eat n kit, loft. With 1 bed ,& ba down stairs, And a saltwater pool to swim laps And a nice size back yard. That price is right.

😊 I really appreciate the way you show the "entering" of the house in a way like we are there. ❤ There is one agent who always zooms up to the ceiling and then swing the camera left or right. She doesn't give a good entry the way you do! I can't get the feel!
