    Can knee press exercise be done while in lying state, as I have problem in sitting. (Kya knee press exercise ko late kar bhi kiya ja sakta hai) Your demo is very impressive.

    Aap bata sakte hai Kya, 1st exercise, knee press with pillow. Flat pillow se kar sakte hai kya? Ya jyada fula hua use karna hai.? Jawab ke intejar main..?Neeraja

      If you are using thin pillow, then fold it to make thick. Or you can simply use a thick pillow

    Thank you for the video. I have been following your book 'Treat Your Knee Pain Naturally' for 16 weeks and I am very happy with the strengthening exercises. I wanted to add some more exercises to the ones in the book but not sure if you would approve. Will you be doing a follow up to this book or maybe expanding on it. Terrific book to come across thank you.

    Aapka video dekha. Ye exercises Oseteoarthiritis patietants ke liye effective hai kya? Iam 68yrs old. Pillow ko rakhke knee press exercise, ke liye pillow flat hona chahiye ya or thoda mota hona chahiye? Knee press ball bari bari ek leg main rakahkar kar sakte hai kya?..Ye sare ka aswer pointwise dijiyega...Neeraja

      1) Exercises are meant for Knee Osteoarthritis
      2) For knee press exercise, use thick pillow
      3) Knee press bari bari ek knee me kar sakte hai

    What about knee press ball? I hv read it has more bumping action than pillow and pillow doesnot give much bumping action, due to which it can cause more pain. Hence knee press ball is useful...Reply ..Neeraja

      Press ball will give extra advantage over pillow as mentioned by you, but pillow causes more pain is not true.

    Can u let me know whether can i use air pillow for knee press exercise? Iam confused with the counting pointing. For eg in leg raise exercise raise one leg by counting 10 times does it mean 1 times? Kindly clarify my two questions pointwise... waiting for yr valuable reply at the earliest...Neeraja

      1) Air pillow would be okey but try to use normal pillow for better results.
      2) In leg raise you need at least 10 repetition in one leg. What I mean is, if you are performing it alternately on both leg then your total counting would be 20. This makes 10 counts for one leg.

    Thanks for yr valuable and prompt reply . All these exercises are they good for Osteoarthritis patients? Yr answer pillow will be better, but i found pillow does not give much effect and even towell role also not much effective. Hence i asked whether air pillow can be used. Waiting for yr reply...Neeraja
