Can you do more in depth liminal space tutorials with regular speed, I think it would help many of us starting with blender
Yeah I just downloaded blender to make a poolroom image. Watching this video I kinda just froze there confused💀
@@uhhh_madden You can't just jump into software you never touched before and expect to be able to make what you want.
@@VS-mt5tz yeah I figured that out pretty quick😭
@@VS-mt5tznot with that attitude
@@KLK01 Except you literally can't do that lmao
i’ve actually had a go at making these a few times, they never really turn out in a way that i like but i think i’m gonna try again, thanks for the inspiration
Go for it!
Glad the video helped
@@_Approximated_ can you give a tut about how to use the textures because I didn't see how you did it nor did I understand it
Super helpful supplying the water shader, really appreciate it!
love the colours! looks super nice
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for this. I'm trying to learn blender and I kept making things too complicated, but this looked pretty easy to try myself! Nice work!
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome Work, many thanks!!
Nice work. I’m working on a pool scene…will have to implement some of your techniques
Very very well explained and gets to the point quickly, i subbed.
Glad it helped!
Thanks for your support!
Awesome tutorial. Looking forward for more of these kinds of tutorial.
Also can You make the upcoming tutorial a bit longer? It would help us beginners also.
Thanks for that I really appreciate it. I made a video on how to create dust that is a bit longer, tell me what you think of the pacing on that video!
woww thanks for making this videoo !! really insightful!!🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍
My pleasure 😊
Thank you for watching!
Great video!!
great video!!
Please continue these little tutorial you make it so simple
Thank you man! That's the plan!
Nice work mate, I would like to see real time videos next time
love the water shader! thanks so much!
How do I apply the water shader to my own project?
@@Epicsy you can either mark it as an asset in the provided blender file and put the blender file into the folder where you have your asset library or when in your own project you append the material. go to append and then search for the file...
Thanks!@@sophiehaberland6642
i always wondered that how they made these types of renders but now i know , thanks to you!!!!
also i pray that you hit million of subs!!!!!
EDIT: thanks for the free shader
Thanks and you're welcome!
Thanku 4 the shader
Cool thank you 😊
very effective, congrat👆👀
Hey i can’t access the water shader from the docs could you help me please?
quality stuff, this channel has a lot of potential, keep up the good work ❤
do you have the link for the textures ?
Looks great !! Always good to hear the Aussie accent on You Tube too.
Thanks mate!

Hi Approx, came across this guy today who seems to be using your idea without attribution. ua-cam.com/video/LANJHMFWANw/v-deo.html
Sells the blend files on Gumroad too.
FWIW he's also copied other creators e.g. Ducky 3D, Khamurai, 3DSchool
@@_Approximated_ how do i download the shader
Hey I can't find where to download your water shader?
can u tell me the name of the background music
What Render Engine do you use?
How did you do the lighing shown in the video? If its and HDRI enviroment lighting could you please let me know where you found it.
Since you can't see the sky it's a HDRI with a sun lamp added to it
*_How to get the this people_*
Caustics?
Hi Dude! As Always an Amazing Tutorial But How can i make that cut in the wall as shown in the video at 0:18 ? Will be Glad If u tell It, Also try to make more detailed explanation video as it will help beginners like me :) Great and Lovely Video BTW.
Thanks for that, for the wall it's a simple boolean modifier, it pretty much subtracts one shape from another shape. It's pretty simple to use but you always quick google how to use it!
Yeah sorry about the fast pace of my videos, I'm trying to find the perfect place between viewer retention and info.
my man
Thanks
Very nice video! Sorry if this is obvious, but could you (or someone else) elaborate on the "apply your favorite grade" part?
What I mean by this is take the image into your favourite photo editing software (i used lighroom) like photoshop or even the blender composite and then mess with the colors, brightness, contract ect until you have something that you like.
Nice
hello how can I use your texture in my blender project ? my blender open new project when I click on your folder
Its called appending files, here is a tut on it
ua-cam.com/video/soWVMlBe_ww/v-deo.html
I don't know what I am doing wrong but I'm getting very harsh lighting and the texture just looks very dull. Can you please do a longer tutorial on this?
Make sure rendering mode is on Cycles not Eevee.
how did you cut a circle intro the wall ??
Booleans
You should rename it to "How to create Poolrooms | Blender Tutorial"
slower mb ?
wheres the tiles texture
Aw you said the link for your water shader is downloadable but I don't see it anywhere. Did you remove it?
nope still there, its the behance link that takes to a page, once there click on files near the top left of the screen
Wait how do you use the downloaded shader? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just got blender today💀
I recommend watching the donut tutorial if really new. But you just plug the shader into the surface slot of your material output node
@@_Approximated_ alright thanks!
Anyone can tell me what’s the typical requirements to have Blender running?
You can run it on pretty much anything but your rendering speed will depend on CPU or GPU
Your work is so amazing! Water Shader is no longer available for download?
Thanks for bringing that up, Behance removed it for some reason from the project but I added it back as link, should be working now!
@@_Approximated_ I'm grateful to be able to study your work! thank you!
@@_Approximated_ I think it's no longer available again, can't find the source files on behance
hello man just wanted to ask a lil question, how you make that at 0:22 ??
nvm i foind out myself 😉
@@taylann Can u tell me how to do this? Please?
@@aloneditz118 its an array modifier
can you animate the water with the shader?
Yeah you can, just download the shader and there is an option called animate
@@_Approximated_ amazing, thank you
How did you make the textures not stretch when you applied them?
Control A - apply scale
@@_Approximated_ thanks man.
@@_Approximated_ Hey its me again, i dont want to bother you if your busy. but do i have to apply scale before i apply the texture or after? cause when i applied scale the tile texture i was using still stretched out or does the texture have to be procedural?
@@jurkor4 I think the order in which you apply the scale doesn't matter, but you can just go to edit mode > select all faces > U > and cube project so the UV's line up, I always use cube projection lol
@@jurkor4 yep pretty much what lama said, the order doesn't matter just make sure to re unrawp after you've applied the scale
0:18 - 0:23 i did not understand this part pls help
ua-cam.com/users/shorts26UOXG5nuF4?feature=share
I was just making a pool core related scene, thanks for the tips!
Just one thing, in the intro the render on the right has a sort of fish-eye look, how did you manage to do that?
😄
Select the active camera and open the Object Data Properties. Set the Type to Panoramic and select either Fisheye Equisolid or Fisheye Equidistant, depending on the type of fisheye lense you would like to use.
Just mess with the focal length and other settings until you get something you're happy with.
I really need to learn blender myself Because I want to recreate something
Do it man, its the most rewarding process
bro u gained like 100 subs in a day
Yep!
the speed is too fast ...
I am the 100th Subs! Can you make a video about texturing please..
Maybe
hello, everything is very nice, but create a tutorial with normal speed. Thanks a lot
bro what are these nod systems😭im gonna die
There should be a huge amount of caustics caused by strong light, but we know: blender is blender.
Its not blender to be honest, renderes just have a really hard time computing caustics due to how they require light to bend and bounce. Although there are many ways to fake caustics, I just don't have time to cover anyone of them in this video, plus this is aimed at a more beginner/ intermediate audience.
If you want to learn more about caustics Wren from Corrior Digital has a great video on it.
@@_Approximated_ I know, but still Cycles is quite losing comparing to the other Ray tracing render engines.
@@Vlow52 that's debatable
Looks dope but would've been much more useful as a tutorial if it was slowed down. No shame in making the video longer than 5 mins.
Yeah I get you, might end up doing longer tutorials in the future, just low on time right now
It's not helpful for beginners at all 😑😑
😑😑
@@_Approximated_ Don't mind bruh but i tried a lot to make this but i couldn’t 🙂💔
Well how tf is this useful? For beginners??
