I’m glad I found this routine to add to my collection of videos for releasing those pesky tight hips. I have made so much progress in a few months of regular practice and reduced the daily pain I was experiencing substantially. Sometimes I do 2 videos in a row, as I did today. Was tempted to do 3 but it’s time to walk my dog down my country road. I’ve discovered I prefer these slow “Yin” style videos as opposed to the more active flow videos.
Your UA-cam classes were a real tonic for me during covid, and although I have let my practice slip, I'm glad that I have rediscovered you again and are partaking once more. You go at the right pace, never too fast, and the music and your calming voice is so healing. Thank you and much success to you.

This is the second yoga video of yours that I have done. I loved both of them, but this one in particular. I just loved how slow this video was and how long we stayed in each of the poses. When I have done other yoga videos In the past , I have often thought wow that felt great, but we didn’t stay in that pose long enough. This was the deep stretch I needed. Thank you 💙 When I started yoga more than half a year ago, I thought yin yoga is not for me. I could not finish a longer practice, I found it too slow and I thought since there are just a few poses in there it can not be effective and just a waste of time. Nowadays, it is my favourite style, especially as a bedtime yoga. It relaxes both my mind and my body, and my flexibility increased a lot, thanks to the long holding poses.
A few days ago I had lower back pain that radiated into my left gluteal and then the left outer thigh. I did the 20 min leg yoga for Athletes by SBY two days and felt so much better. Today my legs were feeling stiff and so were my hips, well generally my lower body. I did this today. At first it was frustrating because the poses are long even though they are less. But then I relaxed with her and felt so much better afterwards and so happy that I did it.
This was the first time I folkowed this video. I felt so much release of my IT band. I have been in pain for months. The poses were hard for me, especially because I had surgery on my left hip. The breathing helped me through it! Thank you, Sara

You've done this in a few of your videos and it's really transformative; After a deep opening pose, you will sometimes instruct us to go into a specific resting pose in order to feel the affects of the opening in our bodies. Not only does this bring the pose even deeper physically, it also helps us to be much more aware of our body and thus in awe of how it works and what it can do. Thanks for all that you give!

I struggled with this at first. The sitting pose was quite intense on one side more than the other, i did modify and relaxed my mind more than anything. Felt great to finish and now i feel better. Thanks SB
I tried this for the first time yesterday and felt like I needed to come back to it today after my physical therapy. I absolutely love it!! My favorite stretch is the knee over knee. I had never done that one before and I find that it relieves my coccyx pain. Thank you so much!!

As I have been doing yoga daily I have been searching for new videos on UA-cam and I often come upon yours and have enjoyed everyone that I did. At the end of this 30 min yin yoga video I was so excited to hear you confirm what I have been experiencing which is that small sessions of yoga daily (for my streak to continue I must at least 10 minutes a day) are amazingly beneficial. I have signed up for your seven day yoga challenge and also sent the link to some of my friends and invited them to join me. I’ve had a great turn out… So far five of them have said yes they will be joining me this week on the Sarah Beth seven day yoga challenge. There’s all kinds of noises and lights and activities around me and I am finding it hard to sleep then this video showed up and I went through the movements right here at 2am. I am a very flexible individual and had a hard time getting a nice hip stretch! This was super slow paced and gave me a great stretch in the hips 💗
