      OFFICIALTHENX Hey Chris. Great video.
i think a good video that would give alot of value to beginners or anyone in general is talking about the "finding time" excuse. Talking about how great calisthenics is for busy people or people who want to work out at home and talk how the THENX app makes it easy and mobile. no gym required. And im sure with your expertise the list of benifits that would apply to a video like this would be plenty to fill a video
Thanks for all the great videos!

He has no struggle on those pull ups. No shake. No facial stress. Looks weightless. Like a feather. Damn near majestic. So smooth. Thats what i want. It must be earned. I will earn it
Edit: Post 2 yr update. 4 sets of 10 different grip each one. Started at 5 reps 4 sets 210lbs body weight, 180lbs now with the 4 sets of 10. No idea if thats a good amount. They are tough at the end though.

So I have been going to the gym for about a year & a half trying to tone back up and build muscle. Always have been athletic but after having kids, I really let myself go. I tried P90X, dabbled a little bit in CrossFit, and tried a few other exercise regimes. I felt consistently inconsistent in anything that I did. I ran across your channel and started watching some of your videos. I downloaded your app and started doing the workouts everyday. I still struggle with the beginner level, even now, (going on 3 months) but I'm seeing a huge transformation (for me). I went from 0 pull-Ups, to 6 unassisted. The app gives me a lot of direction and I don't feel lost in the gym. I really appreciate you and your team, and thanks for being humble and wanting to see people succeed.

John Walters He forgot the biggest way to do pullups. And it is a very key method to not only get you good at pullups but also back strength and muscle control. Scapula hang pulls. The key is from a dead hang you only pull till your scapula contracts, pretty much it's about a 1/8th of a pullup. However, this builds a mind muscle connection to the muscles that teach you how to trigger the muscle control needed to do a full pullup. And, as a bonus, it strengthens the auxiliary muscles that add to strength and size.

Im 90kg and 5’7 , 2 months ago I cannot even do 1 pull-up, I started watching This video and start doing the Australia pull-up for 3 weeks, after that i do jumping pull-ups , then jumping negative , then i use rubber bands to make a clean and perfect pull-up.
And today i manage to do 5 pull-up (at my chest level )
The first time i do a perfect pull-up, i remember 2 months ago that i was struggling to lift my body up... After that tears of joy just hits me man....
Very thankful to Mr.Chris Heria for giving a free lessons... God Bless you man 🙏🏻

It took me 3 months to move from being able to do no dips, and not being able to lift myself even 5 centimeters when doing a pull up, I can now do 3x3 pull ups and 10x3 dips, all with full range of motion. Most of my fat has dissapeared and has been replaced by muscle. I feel much better in general. Thanks for focussing on technique so much. Progress is slow, but very steady. It's much better progress than I've ever obtained from the gym. Thanks man

Great video. We put a blowflex, weights, and some other equipment at work recently(Chemical Plant). The pull-up bar we installed was the bane of our existence for quite a while. Got our whole plant pull-ups now! We got some big sumbitches at our plant too! It's a sight to behold, homie. We've all turned to calisthenics. We're signing up for your program.

Thanks for all your tips and advice. I have been trying to do pull ups for years now. Never succeeded. And now I discovered you. I have started two weeks ago with your beginners videos and I am determined to keep doing this until I master this as you do. Best part of it: I am taking my two teenage Kids, boy 15 and girl 17 along. They love it. We are addicted now. We started the Morning routine, the pull ups and the right push ups. Thank you so much. You are being heard by us. Closely.

Hey Chris. Amazing video once again. Just noticed a couple of things on your website that can be improved to help optimize your sales. I was looking into buying some resistance bands and I wanted to get them from you to help support your channel. However it is not very intuitive on your site. There is no information regarding which bands provide more resistance and which would be best for beginners except for the actual size of them. Also the pictures for the bands could be improved I noticed your other products have great high quality pictures but the bands are just there. Just some ideas to help you out. Wish you the best -Chris.

Dude you're 100% right, I didn't realize it was called Australian pull ups I've been doing those before starting my regular pull ups and man! The accuracy with doing the Australian pull ups first really maximizes your strength to your regular ones. I used to do only 3 pull ups now I can do 10 pull ups in perfect form and no shaking. There were some additional techniques I learned from your video. Keep up the good work man!
