1. master the basics and focus on high repetitions before moving to the next level 2. always focus on maintaining a perfect form 3. train a strong grip 4. negatives are as important as the positives, if not more 5. the most important thing is consistency in setting up new goals and challenge yourself
Negatives are actually what helped me do my first pull-up. I would just try to stay as high as I could, and at one point I didn’t move. Then one fateful day while trying to keep myself as high as possible I found myself getting pulled upwards. It was awesome and fueled me to go farther. Still beginner level with calisthenics, but I hope I can get stronger! Thanks everyone!
@@kostapal654 I’ve done a lot less calisthenics and put on some weight sense then. I just never took my nutrition seriously or ever figured out some kind of schedule I could stick to. Since college started though, I’ve been able to focus on my calorie intake and hit protein goals (part of my eating issues is due to my family). I’ve also been going to the gym and where I had lost my ability to do a pull-up, I can now do one regular grip & two reverse grip pull-ups. Currently I’m trying to focus on being a good athlete, so I’m trying to do mobility training and work on getting to a good competition size(I’ve been a grappler).

Damn Chris. You made your own music, shaped your own body, created your own brands, established your own name and framchise. the epitome of self-made success 💪🏼
And he's only 26. That's my age and he's living literally all my dreams haha. You go, Chris. Hopefully I'll get there, too, if I can figure out how to do it all by myself (and watching your videos).
The thing about calisthenics is... It gets easier the more you do it. You eventually can manipulate your body weight like it's nothing. Mix weight lifting with it and you go far

I just did 10 push ups, properly. It was hard. I have never worked out, I have always had a job that kept me ripped. Now I am an inspector, my body is starting to hurt when I do just one thing I used to do easily many times .. . Thank you, I will be paying attention to you going forward.
if you set a personal best, and it truly is a personal best you can't even match it the next day let alone beat it. you'd be sore as hell. If it truly was the first time you hit a number doing something. This guy is putting a lot of people at risk of injury saying crap like that..
@@paulosousa7621 not really although now i can't do 20 pushuos to save my life but when i was younger 50 was easy because we loved doing pushups and pullsups and were not really allowed to go to gym.
When you think about this advice, it's all foundations and the basics but SO many people skip this important advice. Thank you for sharing! I'm trying to get into calisthenics to improve my overall mobility and strength and then when I feel confident in calisthenics, I will then begin to intertwine weight lifting in my routines to become extra badass! 👏 my final goal is the human flag but I understand this could possibly take years to achieve so wish me luck guys!
Mdr you can lost both shoulders in one rep or having your arms still on the bar while the rest of your body is on the floor ^^ Everyday routine he said ^^ set goals he said LMAO this could be the goal of a life to execute a good hefesto
Tyronie balonie well working on mobility is part of calisthenics so I have no doubt that his joints are more than mobile enough to safely perform the workout. and I feel like if something was about to go wrong and his core was giving out he would feel it
It's 1:56 am EST, I told myself I would stop this video and agree to 50 diamond pushups no matter what. I stopped SEVERAL TIMES. at least 10 breaks. I started watching this video around 1:00am and I finish my 50 @ 1:56, thank you for making it feel like you are on the journey with us as a companion. I have the video paused at 6:26, time to finish what I started, thank you for this.
I’m about to begin calisthenics but I’m almost 40. I love these tips as a beginner and feel like this will be my best option for functional fitness going forward at my age 😬
The sweat on my 31 yo forehead can recommend you this with both my hands - ua-cam.com/video/3p8EBPVZ2Iw/v-deo.html Chris is the man ;) Start slowly & never stop! :)
I love Chris's channels, but he's too good sometimes, literally :) In many exercises here he makes it look as if he's doing things in zero gravity ! Check out Athlean-X as well if you haven't already. He's 45, and some of his stuff on lower back and core strength has been very helpful to me in improving my form and getting rid of lower back pain (I'm 37), while building a healthy strong body. I have found these two to be the best instructors on UA-cam till now.
Just found your page I drive a truck for a living so lots of sitting starting sat I'm fixing my garage to a workoutroom hope to be in shape one more time for life videos are great
I started calisthenics a month ago because of you, now I can do muscle-ups thanks to your inspiration. You're doing a great job teaching & inspiring people, keep it up.
I just want you to know dude you really changed my life, I needed inspiration through poor physical and mental health and after finding you, my life is better. Your a king.
I had insane insomnia last night, and when I finally dozed of around 4 or 5 am a crazy windstorm started blowing, opening and slamming doors in the house and woke me right back up, smh... I thought my workout was gonna be shitty af today, but amazingly it was ok. Got to 96 push-ups in 6 minutes compared to my recent best of completing the 100 in 5:50
Fola the ProVerbalizer even though I cleaned yesterday, worked out thinking I would br somewhat tired I try to go to sleep at 12 I didnt fall asleep till 4
Hi Chris. I'm really glad I found your channel. I'm 40 now. Started doing street workout in a group two years ago. Lost weight, build up muscles and finally did something with myself. I've never been in better shape. On my 40th birthday I manager to do 40 push-ups in a row and 40 pull-ups in smaller sets. My goal now is to do a muscle-up. I don't just want to do it. I want perfect form. Thanks for talking about muscle-up negatives. Negatives really helped a lot in the beginning, but I somehow didn't think of applying them to reaching my goal. Now I'm thinking of going to the gym one more time a week to work just on two things. Perfect form and muscle-up negatives. Will be back here when I get that first one.
@@RLom I'm close, but not there yet. Was ill for a couple of weeks and now i need to focus on lower part of the body, because I started to experience pain in the lower back.
This is solid, legit advice. I just can't believe how a simple overlooked little detail such as the overgrip allowed me to multiply the amount of reps I was able to complete, almost immediately. Massive thanks
One of reasons i resect chris heria for is that he is giving the beginners a great push and advices so in my opinion chris is the god of calisthenics in coaching , strength, free-styling, and multi talent person💪🏻god bless you brother🙏
I practice Muay Thai and i wanna start calisthenics to get more fit. I won't stop Muay Thai and doing martial arts because i love it very much. I think i wanna do martial arts my whole life. Btw, i love how your account name is "Jeet Kune Do", Bruce Lee is the biggest martial artist of all times. Anyways, how do you think calisthenics helped you in martial arts?
The guy seems like an extremely nice, humble guy trying to help people yet so many people talking shit. If calisthenics aren't your thing or this is too advanced he has plenty of other videos for more beginner basics. I guess that's the UA-cam comments section for ya. Keep doing your thing Chris!
@@jdh9983 and unnatural THERE BODY IS LIKE A TIME BOMB WITHOUT THE TIMER they are very prone to death iam sorry but calisthenics is just so much better
Bro the negatives blowed my mind when I first tried them in 1 of your sets. I tried handstand negatives and it was impossible to perform them like you, so slow. But after trying to control them several times I'm starting to feel the progress. Gives you a lot of controll.
I’m up @ CURRENTLY 12:30 am and you’ve just me motivated to work out again today and this time plan it all, simple exercise I can master form in to then push myself to the next level! THANKS MAN you are truly an inspiration to my fitness life. Recently started doing your 5 min ab workouts, I was slackin for a while but time to kick my ass into full gear !
I really hope everyone truly understand and appreciate the value of this video and the whole thenx channel. I'm at such a low point in my life right now, starting calisthenics is one of the last few things that actually motivates me and i am beyond grateful for such high quality and well presented instructions by Chris & thenx team. I can't even do one single pull-up YET so honestly all this thenx athletes greatness is a tiny bit overwhelming sometimes when i know im still struggling with australian pull ups..... so this video came in perfect, perfect timing: i absolutely loved these advices, incredibly valuable for a beginner like me and also this sentence hit me hard: "you gotta do a lot of negative reps to eventually achieve the positive" - rather we're thinkin about calisthenics goals or any other big dream we have, that sentence is accurate AS FUCK - pardon my french - as im going through such a negative time right now. Rather it's a negative muscle up or a negative month of june 2018, it's all part of the journey on our way to greatness and sorry for this long ass comment, i know someone else out there will benefit from this as well. Thank you so much Chris Heria & team. Greetings from Switzerland
Just don't give up. Keep going 'till you can do your single pull-up and then set for yourself another goal. Keep going and you'll pull yourself up out of the bad times.
Damn chris still looking through the comments about a year later. I just started doing calisthenics today cuase I cant go to the gym anymore cuase my brother stoped and I cant drive yet. This doesnt need weights or much equipment so its very nice
dude thanks so much. i'm 45 and just getting started, i am so studying and practicing daily yoga, Meditation, and calisthenic strength training. i was a different person 6 months ago. your super inspiring Bro.
One of my long term goals is a muscle up. I can't even do one pull up yet so that's my first goal. I don't need to add weights as I'm already quite heavy as it is. Thanks for these awesome videos
Thank you for showing the way to get started. I'm 43 y/o black belt..I'm still in training and i teach but i need and want that extra training for my body and mind. This will definetely help to keep in shape
This is something a lot of sports classes neglect completely, for the sake of the participants enjoyment, they will progress to intermediate to advanced way to fast, because they want it to be fun and exciting for people. But when you look at all the pro athletes, like ballet dancers, they will do hundreds of repetitions before training of the same boring easy looking basic movements. I have seen this in my pole class, where people are in advanced classes and everything they do looks super sloppy and uninspiring. This is why I am so happy to have discovered Chris and other athletes on youtube, they bring you back to the basics. After implementing what he said in his videos I made more progress in a week than in the last two months.
IMO this video order needs editing: 1) Form 2) Grip strength 3) Negatives 4)Having a goal 5) More Reps of the basics Great video though Chris... as always.
The overgrip is something that I recently discovered by myself, helped tremendously. Glad it is not just me as I was not sure if this is recommended. My biggest problems is knowing how much to rest for good recovery. I often overdo my workout and next few days just feel very weak. Hope I find a video on that in this channel.
Plzzz make a video on your max pull ups max push ups and your max dips i am sure people would really like it and keep up the good work, you are great 👍👍
That's because calisthenics trains your relative strength, so you wanna have very low fat to be lighter and achieve some exercises faster. And yeah, being lean makes you look good without shirt.
Here's a little update guys, it's been an year since I posted this comment, I now do mma and can go well over 70 pushups at once, seeing this comment makes me feel happy about how much I've progressed
It is sooo good to see that you are talking about the basics, the perfection, and you do not want to fool your watchers that you can do everything without any dificulties. During the push-ups, the hangs, and mostly at the end, during the hefestos, we can see that you get more or less to your limits, and you do not want to mask your efforts. I think this is really respectable, and this gives me much power for me. Thank you!
Excellent video, Chris. I’m pushing 50 and I’m close to being in the best shape of my life. Currently doing a very regimented calisthenics routine to go along with jogging 20 miles a week. Diet is on point right now. Thanks
Swadeshi tats have been a trend for many years now, I have a few and am thinking to get some more, they are widely accepted in many professional positions now, even police officers have them, they are only offensive if they are racist, or sexist against others.
I hope you have a career in fitness young man , as those tacky neck tats make you look like a stooge wanker to guys like me who hire and fire individuals such as yourself. Good luck mate .
I don't wanna troll,so I'll be as nice as I can.Too much of a good thing with the tattoos, especially the neck. You'll regret these later and pay big to remove them.I feel you had a great bod, but now I can't watch your vids because the tatts are so ugly.Sorry, just my opinion and I wish you well.
1) Basics - stick to them; hi reps; solid foundation & technique 2) Perfect Form - quality over quantity; clean form 3) Grip strength - increased endurance; control; performance 4) Negatives - equals results; progression; excels you 5) Consistency/Goal - set small goals; keep challenged; upward growth is the reward
You know when he has that look like hes struggling, thats how you know somethings hard asf. He makes all the hard things look easy, keeps a straight face on the whole time as well.
1. Sticking to the basics: Master your basics (push ups, pull ups, dips, squats). Incorpore high repetitions. 2. Perfect form: Put the effort to do the exercice as perfect as possible. Master the mouvements, get gud at the technique. Quality over quantity. 3. Grip strength: Having a strong grip automatically increase your endurance, your strength, and the number of reps you can achieve. 4. Negatives: Doing the negative of an exercice will lead you to master the positive. 5. Consistency/Having a goal: You have to consistently try to improve on what you're working on. Create milestones. Small constant goals help you progress.
Love your videos, but it's so sad you still can't afford a shirt after all your success. I'm thinking about doing a crowdfunding campaign for you. Anyway, keep up the great work. Ps...you only did 49 diamond push ups.
Just found this channel a while ago. Was able to do 30 very sloppy push ups but because of watching your videos I tried getting proper form. Now I'm only on day 2 with sore arms but I realized how sloppy my form actually was. I can barely do 5 proper pushups but am able to do 10ish proper incline pushups. Can't wait to see my progress in the future.
Can you guys make a video on good posture. Techniques to help you achieve it, also tips on how to maintain it while seating. I fractured my back a year ago and maintaining good posture at all times has been a struggle.
At this point i lost 12kg weight (from 100kg to 88) and gained some muscles in the gym. Now i think its time to decide wich direction i want to choose.. just training for the muscles seems boring. Calisthenics is the thing that looks so amazing, i am 27 now..this will be a long hard way and i am looking forward to it
I am so committed on taking your advice here, I've paused the video at the end of 'BASICS' and I've book marked it. I'm going to return after a few months when I can do 100 push and 100 pull ups in one rep, comfortably. Once I've done that, I'll move onto the next step!
@@Dailyclipsi yeah, if you do 100 pullups in one go and learning it only in one month you're actually superhuman. 10 is probably the goal they're realistically thinking of.
1. more reps in basics
2. clean Form
3. negative
4. grip strength
5. have a Goal

1. master the basics and focus on high repetitions before moving to the next level
2. always focus on maintaining a perfect form
3. train a strong grip
4. negatives are as important as the positives, if not more
5. the most important thing is consistency in setting up new goals and challenge yourself

Negatives are actually what helped me do my first pull-up. I would just try to stay as high as I could, and at one point I didn’t move. Then one fateful day while trying to keep myself as high as possible I found myself getting pulled upwards. It was awesome and fueled me to go farther. The thing about calisthenics is... It gets easier the more you do it. You eventually can manipulate your body weight like it's nothing. Mix weight lifting with it and you go far

Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way), don't help either. Thank you very much for your time.
Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.

After implementing what he said in his videos I made more progress in a week than in the last two months.
dude, I haven't done 100 pull ups in my entire life and I need to do it in a row to start?
How is your progress now?
Andika Kusuma dead
Yeah bro alot of people actually can even do more than this @Abhilash N
@@andikalenovo Sorry for the late reply, but I'm doing very well. Besides I'm not even close to 100 pull up in a row yet.
@@augusto884br great man that motivate me too!
Great content brother. You explain everything with clarity and great detail. You have helped motivate me to get back into shape, SALUTE.
How did I only just found this video now in 2019!!! , oh lord you have blessed this man, dayum...
Best routines I've ever come across. No show boating. No fluff. Just information. Saved, liked, subbed, commented, shared. Great video!
So basically you want to be really negative person, to achieve positive results
Yes exactly .
Lmaoooooo
Mitsi Grabblerberg wow i re read it and makes all the sense..
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 absolutely correct
LOL
You are God's blessing for us who don't know shit about training God bless you sir
IMO this video order needs editing:
1) Form
2) Grip strength
3) Negatives
4)Having a goal
5) More Reps of the basics
Great video though Chris... as always.
Thanks man
I couldn't agree more, this vid lasts forever, in today's audience, typically a deal breaker
Plzzz make a video on your max pull ups max push ups and your max dips i am sure people would really like it and keep up the good work, you are great 👍👍
those who do calisthenics look way better than those who gym.
Uh, some do both. They look best, but…who cares how you look? That’s kid stuff. Athletes care about how you perform.
That's because calisthenics trains your relative strength, so you wanna have very low fat to be lighter and achieve some exercises faster. And yeah, being lean makes you look good without shirt.
I got motivated watching this video and tried the 50 pushups.
I fell and smacked my snout on the screen on the first
Naman Wahie 18 years of life and ive never heard someone call their nose a snout lol. but, at least you tried the 50 push-ups, nice work.
@@notoprahwinfree3471 I'm just a little 🐀
Lol
I laughed my ass out oh thank you so much 😊 that comment just kill my Abbs
Hell of a workout!! 😂
Thank you!
I love your energy. It makes anyone, no matter what their level, get fueled up and take their next set of goals head on. Thanks for sharing..
Said it nicely
Excellent video, Chris. I’m pushing 50 and I’m close to being in the best shape of my life. Currently doing a very regimented calisthenics routine to go along with jogging 20 miles a week. Diet is on point right now. Thanks

5 THINGS I WISH I KNEW When I Started getting tattoo’s.
Captain Goodness pffft haha
XD
Not funny his tattoos are cool
Captain Goodness be honest, you’re just jealous of his tats, because they look good on him.
Swadeshi tats have been a trend for many years now, I have a few and am thinking to get some more, they are widely accepted in many professional positions now, even police officers have them, they are only offensive if they are racist, or sexist against others.
That last exercise is insane! Wow
More tattoo stories, who else agrees. Love you bro keep it up. I can’t wait for Sunday and Thursday’s video!
To each their own pussies
TBNR Carrie there is no need to be gross like this.
You'll regret these later and pay big to remove them.I feel you had a great bod, but now I can't watch your vids because the tatts are so ugly.Sorry, just my opinion and I wish you well.
john ball they look good on him though... No need to get them removed.
1) Basics - stick to them; hi reps; solid foundation & technique
2) Perfect Form - quality over quantity; clean form
3) Grip strength - increased endurance; control; performance
4) Negatives - equals results; progression; excels you
5) Consistency/Goal - set small goals; keep challenged; upward growth is the reward
Strong AF.
You know when he has that look like hes struggling, thats how you know somethings hard asf. He makes all the hard things look easy, keeps a straight face on the whole time as well.
1. Sticking to the basics:
Master your basics (push ups, pull ups, dips, squats). Incorpore high repetitions.
2. Perfect form:
Put the effort to do the exercice as perfect as possible. Master the mouvements, get gud at the technique. Quality over quantity.
3. Grip strength:
Having a strong grip automatically increase your endurance, your strength, and the number of reps you can achieve.
4. Negatives:
Doing the negative of an exercice will lead you to master the positive.
5. Consistency/Having a goal:
You have to consistently try to improve on what you're working on. Create milestones. Small constant goals help you progress.
You are as close to an anime character s they come dude.
Feitan vibes

it's Kaoru Hanayama from Baki...
Son Goku in the 100x gravity chamber, going "back to the basics". What makes Dragon Ball Z great.
Stewart Owen yes I’m not the only one that thought that too hahah
Stewart Owen I see Baki character inside him
Love your videos, but it's so sad you still can't afford a shirt after all your success. I'm thinking about doing a crowdfunding campaign for you. Anyway, keep up the great work. Ps...you only did 49 diamond push ups.
Internetpolice666 i dont know if this a joke or you were serious r/whooos
Noteamaasime pretty obvious 😂🤣
Fuck garments dude ! They just get in the way.I really hate clothes , not all the time just most of the time .
I only counted 49 as well
Yeah, make it a turtle neck. Neck tats...ugh
10:17 Those pullovers into negative muscle-ups look so smooth
At this point i lost 12kg weight (from 100kg to 88) and gained some muscles in the gym. Now i think its time to decide wich direction i want to choose.. just training for the muscles seems boring. Calisthenics is the thing that looks so amazing, i am 27 now..this will be a long hard way and i am looking forward to it
Cleverest thing on this video is him showing all the push ups and not skipping forward or cutting it out!! Motivating
Damnnnnn, literally I wish I knew these same thingz when I started. Listen to this boi, he knows what he's talking about
No one:
CHeria: Let's give my best shot and let people know where they stand in the super beginners video.
At, 8:40, I like how the workout transitions from easy basics to serious workout with epic music. c:
I am so committed on taking your advice here, I've paused the video at the end of 'BASICS' and I've book marked it.
I'm going to return after a few months when I can do 100 push and 100 pull ups in one rep, comfortably.
Once I've done that, I'll move onto the next step!
You got this!
Btw 100 pullups in one monyh isn't possible. But if you could do 10 that would be amazing! I can do 10 after 2 months ^^
@@Dailyclipsi yeah, if you do 100 pullups in one go and learning it only in one month you're actually superhuman. 10 is probably the goal they're realistically thinking of.
you bring value man, a hole lot of it. Great content as always
appreciate you! thanks for watching
