Dude, you are gassed. Why do they call them Australian pullups? I bet those who do them refer to them as pullups but they might have a different descriptive. Killer pullup is a good descriptive lol. Awesome video. ❤

This is gold! You really are changing lives out here. Up until now I've only been able to do 2-3 pull ups and that took over a year, lol. My goal was just 10. It seems possible now in a shorter time with your methods and pointers of how to go about this over the long term. These are truly the best pull up videos/100 a day videos on YT.. just awesome foundational stuff, man. Thanks so much❤

a mind trick that has helped me to do workouts with high reps, is saying to myself things like "its just 10 reps 10 times." or "I finished 10, just gotta do that 9 more times." It kinda makes the workout feel easier and takes the heavy burden feeling of high reps off.

Is it possible for you to make a video on like 3 foundational calisthenics exercises per muscle, Chest, triceps, shoulders, back, biceps, quads, hamstrings,... I'm starting out my journey, i got some parallettes, rings and pull up bar but i'm lost at which exercises to do and I was thinking progressing to 100 push ups, pull ups, dips and squats but these alone probably won't cut it haha, so yeah, would mean the world to me if you did something like this.

Please don't get me wrong. I love Chris videos and the tips are amazing. Just the daily frequency I have to comment. I got myself into a serious stress fracture of the shoulder by long periods of overtraining pull ups and push ups. Maybe it was due to me being 40 already (but training 20 years) or weak bones. But if I could change the past I would not train the same exercises every day. At least I would change from push to pull.
