Well it’s also about discipline. You have to condition yourself to like healthier alternatives. To be aware that everything that goes into your body affects you. You have to just see bad food as bad food for real and don’t just shrug it off like it isn’t. Understand bad fats, bad sugars, replace them with healthy sugars, fats carbs!

I think he looked the most muscular in season 6. He did get smaller as the seasons went on.
He was auditioning for Thor and Conan during that time too, hence why he was so jacked up.
That's cause for the past 3 years he has been running marathons for charity. Plus he had a shoulder surgery around 2014/15. He's all muscles now.
