Beautiful, charming, and the epitome of an English Country cottage... Kent is known as the Garden of England, Wonderful.
Yes it is, it's a fabulous county. Thanks for watching
This is one of the most charming cottage's I've seen in awhile.
Thank you that’s kind. Appreciate the feedback
Simon, thank you for these tours.. I loved the Spitlefields the best so far, not withstanding we are seeing properties we can only dream about... Fabulous
Thank you. That very kind, really appreciate the comments. Lots more to come and who know, one day I hope to be having keys to you for your next home. 🙏
2:30 Filled in in the '60s. That explains it right there. What was allowed to be done to property and the landscape in the 1960s was a cultural crime, an atrocity. Worcester and in particular it's medieval Shambles was utterly destroyed. And elsewhere in the country the blocks of hideous Council flats and vile, soulless shopping centres in High streets still stand as testament to an absence of thought and regulations.
I know, how pretty would that have been if the pond was stiull there! Thanks for watching and your comments.
Thank you Simon, an excellent tour of an enchanting historic cottage. Fabulous …
As ever, thanks very much, John
Lovely home! Have a good holiday!
Thank you very much!
Stunning 🤩 🙏🙌🎥😍 🏡
Thank you 🙌
Fabulous property, oozing charm and history. Am I right in thinking it is “slightly” attached? Thanks for the tour. Thirty years ago I would be ringing up for a viewing!
Thank you and well spotted, yes a small section at the back is attached to the end of a row of smaller cottages.
Muy bonita, gracias!
🌬️ ✨✨
gracias por ver 👍
Simon, I really enjoyed your venture out of the city to this lovely little spot. Is that a covered well out there in the garden ( as you approached the house ) ? I love the sound of the walking upon gravel and also the sound of all the door latches. Those latches are distinctly from US versions. Even the modern UK ones are nice. By the way, is that big oak post in the sitting room a newer addition ? Essential to support that ceiling no doubt but it doesn't match the old beams.
Thanks again for watching. Correct, the pillar in the living room isn't original but the beam is.
for gods sake do your research the darling buds of may by he bates was published in 1958
I was referring to the TV show but fair enough.
