    Tip for doing grips :
Poke a small hole, if there isn't already one from the factory, in the end of the grip, and use an air sprayer to blow air into the grip while you slide it on. Goes on in seconds

Just a tip for checking if woodruff key is snapped.. set the time mark to t, then use a long screwdriver down the plug thread to see if piston is at top, saves stripping the flywheel off

My brother had an 03 Predator with high comp piston, Hot cams, pro com CDI. and that was single handily the craziest ATV ive ever ridden. There was no end to the top speed it just kept going and if you werent careful it would pull up all the way through 4th gear. We topped his out at 98 but it was still going i just didn't want to go that fast on an atv lol we figured it would do 100+ if given the room.

hair spray on the inside of handle grips and line them up and take the palm of your hand and hit the ends of the grips they will just slide right on. next way is use compressed air use air gun and shoot air in under it while you are pushing the grips on they will slide on.. just an extra tip of the day..

Don't use lube. In hot weather, when the plastic softens, they can turn.
When putting them on, use ladies hair spray. Hair lacquer. Works as lube on the way on, but acts as light glue once it dries. Compresed air pops them right on like the other guy said.
