i lived in london for 12 years and worked as a photographer there but your pictures of it here in this video really remind me of how beautiful of a city it is architecturally and colour/design. nice! My x100vi arrives tomorrow, finally, and I am looking forward to giving these recipes a go. Loved your 'street nostalgia' recipe. Cheers
I havent stumbled upon one of your video in a while. Dont know why, i always love the energy and results. Keep it up ! Would love to see your thougts on 35mm street photography. I always love it, even if its often considered too far or too short
I use the Caleb Salvadori film presets V5 because they offer unique features with the luminance masks for grain. It’s the only way I’ve found to make my digital images actually look like real film.
For 2 years I've been posting digital photos from my 50R on /r/analog and telling those boys it's Portra 400. Yeah... *it's a Portra 400 recipe on a Fuji GFX.* They're none the wiser.
@@aedreezy Reggie’s Portra for color (usually with +0.3 to +1 exposure comp) and a variant of Acros with slightly pushed shadows and highlights for black and white, which resembles slightly pushed HP5. I also apply strong/heavy grain to both which sells the 35mm aspect, and save them at about 1500 megapixel scan resolution. If you’re going 120 (or conceivably 4x5) you’d want to tone down the grain and can up the resolution some.
Hey there!♥️ Big fan of yours! Let me ask you something. Is it worth having xs20 since i already have xt4? I mean the 5th processor with the 2 more film sims makes for a big difference since it's xtrans4 ? Puzzled here ...
@@jimkiousis The X-S20 is an excellent camera, there are people who have an X-H2s who told me that they prefer the X-S20 for their everyday photography/videography. With that said, it’s a different experience to the X-T4, which you might or might not appreciate.

Thanks for the info! Reading up on it on Wikipedia is very interesting haha, apparently the design concept is so flawed they almost abandoned the building because it's so expensive to maintain
Great vid, thanks! One question, if my XT-2 does not have the Classic Negative film simulation, what could work as a substitute? For the gorgeous Classic Cuba
It's a fixed 23mm F2 lens :) For some of the shots I used the digital tele-converter feature which allows you to zoom in (by just cropping the sensor). Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Where did I have background music with lyrics? Whenever the music fades into to background I use a different track with the instrumental usually, but I might have mixed up the tracks at one point?
Maybe he means 6:23. I kinda rolled my eyes when the song started playing but by the time the song ended, I was kind of digging it 😅what has happened to me? Anyways, I didn’t find it too distracting when songs with lyrics played
Пора завязывать с восхвалением симуляций пленки! Неужели вам и правда нравятся одинаковые пережаренные фото с мутной желтой или зеленой поволокой?! В чем прикол?
Osan Bilgi's Classic Cuban Negative Preset is a goated Receipt! i use it several times on my X100VI, its alyways a bit to warm but i love it!
Yes it's amazing
Love love love love love love love. Thanks for featuring x
I appreciate you!!

Absolute love the results of these recipes. Probably the only recipes I’ve seen that made me excited to try them in yeeaaaarrss
The shot of the London Eye with the plane above it is amazing!
Unfortunately the X100VI falied me there and it's slightly out of focus 😢

the algorithm doing me dirty 😢 I honestly struggle with 35mm street photography, but I still like it because that makes it a challenge

Finally a video we wanted 🙏

You’ve got some balls 😂
@ they don’t have a god damn clue. Grain high, large and they’re clueless.
What recipe if you don’t mind? Haven’t found one I liked yet

@@FujiXWeekly thanks
Great vidéo. Thank you and congratulations.
The modern building you spoke about with the venting outside the is The Lloyds Building ;)

Nice Felix especially CINEMATIC BW, looks like Kodak Double X 5222 motion picture film in 35mm format
Thank you! That was roughly the look I was going for, glad to hear you agree haha
I went to preschool with Jannick, lol! (Proof: His last name starts with B, the A. F. School was in R and his mum organized a kids sports program)
You are practically walking past my home at one point in this video :D
Lol nice 😂
How about indoor recipe that doesn't turn photos into a yellow mush?
Do these recipes work on the X100V?
Great video man! Do these work on the xf 10?
Great vid, thanks! One question, if my XT-2 does not have the Classic Negative film simulation, what could work as a substitute? For the gorgeous Classic Cuba
Tks for sharing! btw, the video scenes was recorded with the x100vi? what preset do you use for the videos?
Yes all of the video in london was recorded with the X100VI in F-Log2 and color graded in davinci resolve :)
What lens are you using on the X100VI? Love the video, keep up the good work!
It's a fixed 23mm F2 lens :) For some of the shots I used the digital tele-converter feature which allows you to zoom in (by just cropping the sensor). Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Nice vid! Thanks a lot!!! Which presets are you using for filming and is this slo the Fuji? 👍
Yes it's all filmed on the Fuji X100VI in F-Log2 and color graded in davinci resolve :)
Where'd you get the Kodacolour top mate? Looks awesome 👌🏼
From H&M haha
Wish i had a new one instead of an x-t20. very few film sim options
Junge diese Animationen hahahahah. Nice one!
Forlorn!
Need chapters
can i get similar results with x100v?
Yes you should be able to get very similar results with the X100V
I have a question, 22:34 what app du you you use, I do not see the link? Nice video, and good ideas for trying new things !
it's the second link in the description :) Thank you for watching!
As always, great videos, but jokes are at it's best ...honor the country by getting sunburnt 😂
holy 7 spell slots 🤣
Love the video but please no background music with lyrics

You can just not watch the video you know
@rafaelcantero94 да нет, мне понравилось видео. Вопрос в том, не переоцениваем ли мы функцию симуляции пленки?
26 minutes of utterly boring photography and good jokes lol
