@@codyfleming Taking pictures of strange children and post them to the internet? That is a weird way of "natural communication". It doesn't scare me. I just don't think it should be allowed, to take pictures of people, when they clearly are the main topic of a picture and you can recognize them. I like that this is forbidden by law in my country. But it seems normal to Americans, so it probably is ok for them.

Street photography is so much easier in the US. In Germany it’s really restrictive. Unless you reach a certain level of art, you are not even allowed to take the photo in first place. And that is not only for portraits. It counts as soon as the person could be identified by people who know them.

My knees and lower back hurt from just watching you guys squat. My pockets will soon hurt too because now I'm looking at Loxia lenses haha 😂
Joking aside this was a great video. Thank you Jason, Vivian, Professor Hines! ❤

This is so amazing. Everyone did so freaking great on this production and I would love to see one like this for a solo film maker production in association with Artlist and Zeiss. You guys made something informative, entertaining and just awesome freaking value. I’m inspired to roam around nyc with my 135 1.8 and A1 and try some street photography

Seriously, I don’t watch hour long UA-cam videos. This felt like a jam-packed 12 minute video! So much great insight and so very enjoyable to watch! Great production quality and sound, Jason. Great instruction, Professor! Very much appreciated! 🙏🏽

4 hours in one spot? laughs in wildlife photography 🤣
Seriously though, this is a superb window into your process and craft, and I can tell you both put a lot of effort in. Personally I've never been too interested in street photography, but I certainly see your love for your field. And I also see some awesome shots, thanks for putting this out there!
