Have chosen Yezdi. Been riding for month. One aspect left in video was how easy it is to repair puncture of Himalayan. Adv doesn't get centre stand. With tube tires it is cumbersome to repair punctures without paddock stand. My personal experience local mechanic can't even take rear wheel out because of diskbreaks. You need to go to specialized guy to remove punctures. It's really fun on highways but in bumper to bumper traffic in current summer adv heats up quickly.
I own a yezdi adventure and I completely agree on this review . Bike is really nice to ride . I wanted a tourer and this bike serves my purpose . The only problem is during low speed there is always the fear of stalling the bike, you need to be in the right gears, that is why the gear indicator helps . Quality is nice of the yezdi , even people working at RE have told me that . You can cruise all day in 3 digit speeds and you won’t feel any pain after getting to your destination, the bike is very comfortable. Headlight could have been better (it’s good for small daily commuting), aux lights will be needed on longer rides , specially on ghats .
Power drift and zigwheela.are part of cardekho, bike dekho group. If u observe they have tried to put down all yezdi bikes.....maybe a good fat cheque from RE. GO WITH AUTOCAR....ride yourself and decide
Suggestions for autocar review - Regarding yezdi, they could have mentioned about a fatter rear tyre compared to Himalayan which makes some difference...led lights all around and not just the headlight..rear saddle racks as std...Charging port ..both normal and type-c,.break plastic cover ...which protect caliper from getting spolit...bigger wind shield for yezdi...and some other accesories...🙂
My brother got BS4 Himalayan, considering the stance and the long throw gears it got an offcourse the comfort.. It's slides over uneven roads like a pro, no second thoughts while moving on broken roads. however, the rubbers don't have good grip on tarmac, considering it's primarily meant for offroading. The rer tyres easily skids on sudden or instan break.. Also, it's not a refined bike yet. every now and then he come accross some part giving up. The Mono shock is already replaced and still the new one is giving problem. However, these concern were there with BS3 as well, but the sales rep and marketing guys promised that BS4 don't have the well known issues anymore.. Now he regret buying Himalayan and vouch for better engines of Honda..
This is the best comparison I have seen on UA-cam. ZigWheels and powerdrift have just not provided a proper feedback on this content rather just made winner and looser concept which is not what viewers want. Let me appreciate again. I liked this video and would help me to take the best buying decisions.
If yezdi had launched this motorcycle 3 years back and gone through process of more refined bikes and much larger service network i would've chosen yezdi, but for now I'll buy Himalayan
I completely am in alignment with this review being an owner of Yezdi adv, especially on the demerits of it..! Low end torque sucks, so easy to stall. Headlight is as good as not there,so I got 2 after market projectors fitted Only difference that I have is that I found RE suspension to be a tad softer. But overall I was bought by Yezdis power advantage and it's ability to mask it's weight.
👍. I ride both. Himalayan is better than the yezdi. Both are fun to ride. In hills, broken hill roads Himalayan is best. For long highway ride both are almost same but you can get advantage of the extra 10 kmph crusing speed on yezdi and comfortable sitting of Himalayan. Himalayan looks better than the yezdi in my eyes. That's it.
Both bikes leave a lot to be desired when it comes to fit and finish and long term ownership pleasure. Perfect all rounders for the short term... both are definitely not long term, not yet.
With the situation being what it is, it would be cool if you guys could do a comparison roundup of all the current commuter bikes and scooters upto 150cc.(not all of us have charging points in our ancient aparment complexes)
Power drift and zigwheela.are part of cardekho, bike dekho group. If u observe they have tried to put down all yezdi bikes.....maybe a good fat cheque from RE. GO WITH AUTOCAR....ride yourself and decide
I have bought Yezdi Adventure and I am very happy with this bike. I have taken it to all the possible roads and have never faced any problems. My bike is about to hit 5000 km.
I'm a bit confused what sort of bike and what bike I should get, I just want one that performs good in in-city commute and also long drives, if you guys have an suggestion please help me out
One of the reasons I went for Yezdi adv( my 14th bike in total) is due to the lackluster and expensive service experience I had with RE. The no of service centers just remain as numbers without proper service offered. I know that yezdi is new and have to prove reliability but RE even after multiple updates to RE is still a gamble.
Build quality and reliability can not be overlooked, especially in adventure motorcycles. Both the companies should rise above इतने पैसे मे इतना ही मिलेगा attitude to product quality. On spec sheets both these bikes look very lucrative. The only thing that's stopping them from raging sales in the niche is their reliability and build quality.
just a suggestion..dont use all those accessories while comparing vehicles..The Himalayan looked natural without accessories..but the Yezdi used was full of added accessories..in reality the non accessorised yezdi looks really bad and a carbon copy of Himalayan..
I think himalayan is a lil overrated, it had 6 yrs to play with Indian market and still misses many things, on the other hand yezdi adv being a new product is way more impressive than expected 💯, and that's why it's called the LENGENDARY YEZDI.
Which one you’d rather go to? A new movie from new actors and underrated like Tumbbad? Or a masala movie from srk? Same thing with Royal Enfield and yezdi.
No mention of the seat height and sitting position. When you make videos please be mindful that people in 40-50 years age range are also buying them, so consider them too!
It seems Himalayan a winner. Yezdi is lighter but himalayan seems firm in both, offroad and touring. Also I own Himalayan so I might be biased but kudos to Yezdi for catching up. Would love to see a powerful engine in Yezdi with its lighter body.
Except breaking RE is the best buy. Wondering what best can someone make, when you work towards the benchmark in the market. Headlamp of RE is subjective*** someone can't just state "awkward".
Yezdi is got the most basic thing wrong ... can't keep changing gears when going slow over bad terrain.. thats the real reason why this bike will fail.
I own Yezdi Adventure and I am very happy and satisfied with it and my bike is gonna hit 5000 km now. No problem at all
Have chosen Yezdi. Been riding for month.

Yezdi adv puncture can't be repaired by local ??
So you're voting for Himalayan?

Completely agree. Took a test ride today. Yezdi requires more down shifts at lower speed.
Suspension?
I own yezdi adv too , and engine stalling problem is solved after I got my first service done
1st time evr someone take side of yezdi... others r followers of Enfield
Exactly

Its been more than 16 years and i still love each & every review by the Legends: AUTOCAR
Which bike or car you brought after watching 16 year Auto car ?
Sorry folks! There was an, ahem, error in the last upload!
Thanks for the review, cleared most of my doubts and confusions are clear. Now I'll get an xpulse over these
Finally a well balanced comparo, a tough one indeed between these two bikes so closely matched! Good job 👍
Very nice review. Bought Yezdi Adventure 4 days back and it's amazing. 😇
Mine is going to be one month old soon! It's an amazing motorcycle. 🤝🤝🤝
Any issues with the fit and finish? A little disturbing to know the bolts come off.
@@user-de2zo1bw4d None, as per my observation...
@@Ashish-qm2ry Congrats and happy riding. 😇
@@user-de2zo1bw4d no issues!
Probably the most awaited comparison of the year!! Thank you Autocar!❤️ All doubts have been cleared..#RE🔥

and no centre stand
Offroading requires skinny tyres.... fat tyres will only get u into trouble in muddy tracks

Ah, i would rather wait for the himalayan 450
I hope they make it lighter
You willin’ to wait till 2024
Gonna be priced at atleast 3.5lakh
+1
Already himalayan is pricey for wat it offers 🤣 , surely 450 will be overpriced 😝
This is the best comparison I have seen on UA-cam.

Fair enough
wait for the 450 ❤️
😂 Yezdi is still way ahead of Himalayan if we compare that way with Himalayan Bs3..
Very balanced take and sane comparison compared to other channels. Autocar continues to prove to be a mature and sensible voice in automobiles market.
Comparison is done vert well, but you shouldn't have included scrambler into the picture, it got confusing at times.
Will wait for Adventure 2.0 🔥
Kudos to autocar India team for giving honest and unbiased reviews unlike powerdrift.... 🤟
#YezdiAdventure for sure steals the deal in all aspects after checking this review .. for sure booking it now!! Thanks Autocar

I will go with RX135 and my small backpack for any tour any day. Rode it in college 20 years back in all sorts of roads.
No Doubts, Yezdi Adventure!
The best comparison video on UA-cam, well done Autocar!!!
Even though yezdi adventure has more pros than Himalayan PPL have to choose Himalayan because of service and spares reliability.
Nicely involved presentation. Yezdi finish looks like done in a hurry, RE is my choice here.
Yezdi's great, but my love's only for the Himalayan 🤩
Why ?
@@rupeshnanal1574 because it's 'the Himalayan '

Fantastic. Well balanced honest review. Well done !
Waiting for review from vstrom 250
Very good unbiased review .. hands off ❤❤
XPULSE 4v vs Yezdi adv comparison plzz
I'm a bit confused what sort of bike and what bike I should get, I just want one that performs good in in-city commute and also long drives, if you guys have an suggestion please help me out
Like ❤️ for Yezdi adventure.
Yezdi had a chance, missed it. Himalayan 450 is in the works now, I don't see Yezdi Adventure's sales number increasing after that.
Considering the pricing, it doesn’t look likely.
The excellent explanation
guys please compare yezdi roadster and do speed test with others
Speed test doesn't matter much in a real world scenario.
Proper! And well described review
Barely matters to me now. My Himalayan is coming home in a couple of weeks time.😂
Perfectly reviewed 😌
himalayan is the best for any thing speed dosent matters
raid quality,service centers etc

I own himalyan Black....so far its satisfying
Very very nice review!
Big confusion between RE AND YEZDI
thanx to Autocar

Yeah Himalayan breaks into two halves

Great to see the war is between classic rivals
Mahindra x Eicher
Waiting for tata now.
The Yezdi would be my first choice, Himalayan second.
No that's a fair and unbiased review.
Informative review 👍👍
I hope Yezdi is co-owned by Mahindra so may be they will add some of their charm inside these bikes in near future.
price????
Does yezdi adventure have slip and assist clutch?
Yezdi adventure
Yezdi roadster is highly detailed and refined. Yezdi adventure must be highly detailed and refined.
The adventure looks like it's inspired from the Himalayan😝
I think service matters a lot.... I will go for Himalaya
My height is 5'6". Can I ride Yezdi Adventure comfortably?
just a suggestion..dont use all those accessories while comparing vehicles..The Himalayan looked natural without accessories..but the Yezdi used was full of added accessories..in reality the non accessorised yezdi looks really bad and a carbon copy of Himalayan..
Hey man which bike are you comparing about? yezdi adv, himalayan or scrambler
please autocars indian do a detail review about bmw 1250gsa and harley davidson adv
U gonna buy?
Himalayan beats in Engine refinement. Most important ✨
The title is perfect 😂🙌
Hero must make a lighter more powerful xpulse then it will a lot more competitive
I'll be happy if Hero makes a 25hp, 25nm, 6-gear Xpulse and still keep the weight under 165
I think himalayan is a lil overrated, it had 6 yrs to play with Indian market and still misses many things, on the other hand yezdi adv being a new product is way more impressive than expected 💯, and that's why it's called the LENGENDARY YEZDI.
But hemalayan is more comfortable then yezdi adventure looks also more when compare to yezdi
RIP English
RE should stop their legendary nonsense and build better motorcycles!!
Which gives more fuel economy ?
RE Himalayan definitely. A copycat like Yesdi can't change the minds of those who have ridden and experienced Himalayan
Enfield bikes are ok .. but most of the people dobt like bcoz of engine .. 350 cc engine and still air cool it could have been liquid cool
Yezdi is better suited for highway touring and Himalayan will be the better off-roader.
Both look identical
Which one you’d rather go to? A new movie from new actors and underrated like Tumbbad? Or a masala movie from srk? Same thing with Royal Enfield and yezdi.
I proud to be a HIMALAYAN lover🤏😎
Porque si la himalayan llega Europa no llega la yezdi!! Porfavor 🙏🙏🙏
No mention of the seat height and sitting position. When you make videos please be mindful that people in 40-50 years age range are also buying them, so consider them too!
Y is age bothering you! Many start riding in their 50s. Ride n enjoy
Yezdi Adventure ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I feel RE is still better option coz of its service network.
No doubt Himalayan in love with this bike
yezdi Adventure hands down favorite
long distance bike ride is a pain in ass
Himalayan, yes please
It seems Himalayan a winner. Yezdi is lighter but himalayan seems firm in both, offroad and touring.
Also I own Himalayan so I might be biased but kudos to Yezdi for catching up. Would love to see a powerful engine in Yezdi with its lighter body.
Does it break like Himalayan? ... Chasis break?
I'm RE fan...so Himalayan

Yezdi is got the most basic thing wrong ... can't keep changing gears when going slow over bad terrain.. thats the real reason why this bike will fail.
I would choose Himalayan anyday
more torque long lasting.. Himalayan thumbs up
Average kitni hai bhai dono ki
Yezdi
Himalayan..... better stance on the Road....
Wait for Raid!
Himalayan! - Any given day; any given road.
yezdi adventure is love😍
Yesdi adventure 💐💐
