Using a zester to clean up royal icing cookies

Sometimes when we dip or flood, our icing ends up spilling over the edges of the cookie. When this happens, don’t fret-just zest!
Simply grab your zester or micro-planer and shave that excess icing off the sides. Easy Peasy.
