I’ve been doing Nicole’s pilates workouts for less than a month and I’m already obsessed. I love these quick focused on one area workouts! I walked for 10 minutes stopped at the gym in my neighborhood, did this leg workout. Walked 10 minutes back home then stretched. Perfect quick 30-35 minute workout to start my morning ☀️

I just found your videos and have done at least one a day. They are probably the most effective videos I’ve found on UA-cam, and this is the best glute video I’ve done so far! I actually feel the exercises in my glutes (not just my thighs). Will definitely be coming back to this one.

Nicole! I just wanted to drop another quick bit to say thank you for your videos. My favorite ones are 15-20 min that target specific areas (dancing arms, dancing legs). I wanted to ask if you can customize a few videos for pregnancy? I am clueless when it comes to modifications but I know you should not lay on your back past the first trimester. Thanks!
Me and the wife have done this one a few times, and we are finding we are getting better doing some of the legs movement which are not that easy to follow along with the first time round. This class is not one that kill you but it a nice a workout.

Ooooowwww BUM burner I loved it! Unfortunately I had to tap out at the internal rotation extend the leg move. However I will not give up! I’ll practice the floor portion separately until I build my strength, this was an awesome exercise to do prior to my leg weight day at the gym. My bums burned for two days!!! They were high and tight! Best glute isolation workout in 2020! Thanks Nicole!
Oh my gluts did burn. I often get foot cramps that break my stretches. How do I fix this problem? I have been with you since the beginning of January and at least 3or 4 times a week it’s just great thanks. Mike
Omg, LOVED this!! Such an amazing boot/legs burn! The first sequences standing were soo good but hurt so bad. I really thought my legs/butt were gonna fall off or I'd collapse any second :D Loved it tho. And that outer thighs/side booty burn at the end - LOOOOVE!
