    Nicole thank you for literally saving my life! I am a former bodybuilder and developed body dysmorphia and a terrible relationship with food. I would do intense workouts twice daily, completely ruining my hormones. I came across your videos and decided to give them a go and they changed everything. I have developed a healthier relationship with exercise and my body which has progressed into a healthier relationship with food. All thanks to you showing me a healthier and more caring way to exercise for my wellbeing. Thank you ❤️

      This is an old post, but I also feel the same way! I had a similar experience and am really loving Nicole’s low impact intensity. It’s been a lifesaver for my body and my mind.

    I’ve been doing Nicole’s pilates workouts for less than a month and I’m already obsessed. I got results so fast, the way she talks to people in the videos sounds so friendly and motivating and it’s just such a calming way to exercise that it doesn’t even feel like I’m working out sometimes, it feels like I’m doing yoga or hanging out with a friend

    I love these quick focused on one area workouts! I walked for 10 minutes stopped at the gym in my neighborhood, did this leg workout. Walked 10 minutes back home then stretched. Perfect quick 30-35 minute workout to start my morning ☀️

    Nicole you are transforming my body! I used to practice yoga for 2 - 3 hours per day and swim. But my lifestyle changed through the pandemic, as well, I'm aging! Your classes have ignited my muscles and toned me when I thought my life and body had changed for the worse for ever. I can't thank you enough.     Dear Nicole, thank you so much for another video! This is just what I needed in addition to your 30 &40 mins pilates workouts. I haven't stopped doing your videos ever since I clicked on the first one! It has been a month now that I've been doing pilates with you every single day and I am already seeing results. My favourite is your 40 mins full body pilates, it is such a perfectly designed workout (heart emoji). I really appreciate that you include warm-ups and cool downs as well also, how you pace the challenges in your workouts is just so on point. You made me love pilates and I am truly grateful to you!     I just found your videos and have done at least one a day. They are probably the most effective videos I’ve found on UA-cam, and this is the best glute video I’ve done so far! I actually feel the exercises in my glutes (not just my thighs). Will definitely be coming back to this one.

    I keep a lot of stress and tightness through my hips, this really had them on fire in a good way! Workouts like these really help me feel good and inspire to build up muscles to support my spine and joint health so I can feel stronger. Thank you!

    I loooooved the streching afterwards! I often get lower back pain due to tense glute muscles, so this was just perfect. Your holistic view on workouts and the body are just awesome.

    Nicole! I just wanted to drop another quick bit to say thank you for your videos. My favorite ones are 15-20 min that target specific areas (dancing arms, dancing legs). I wanted to ask if you can customize a few videos for pregnancy? I am clueless when it comes to modifications but I know you should not lay on your back past the first trimester. Thanks!

    Me and the wife have done this one a few times, and we are finding we are getting better doing some of the legs movement which are not that easy to follow along with the first time round. This class is not one that kill you but it a nice a workout.

    Ooooowwww BUM burner I loved it! Unfortunately I had to tap out at the internal rotation extend the leg move. However I will not give up! I’ll practice the floor portion separately until I build my strength, this was an awesome exercise to do prior to my leg weight day at the gym. My bums burned for two days!!! They were high and tight! Best glute isolation workout in 2020! Thanks Nicole!

    Oh my gluts did burn. I often get foot cramps that break my stretches. How do I fix this problem?

    Omg, LOVED this!! Such an amazing boot/legs burn! The first sequences standing were soo good but hurt so bad. I really thought my legs/butt were gonna fall off or I'd collapse any second :D Loved it tho. And that outer thighs/side booty burn at the end - LOOOOVE!
