For years I worked out to burn calories and lose fat. However, since finding Nicole’s channel I have fell in love with moving my body. I realised that exercise is not about burning fat or calories it is about how you feel whilst doing it and how amazing you feel after doing it. In the past I would never just do a 20 minute workout without having to do something else to make sure I “burned more”. The feeling I get after these workouts is amazing and made me view exercise in a completely different way. Thank you Nicole ❤

@@ChristinaTrpcevska I have a weak core, so at top speed my hips tend to pop left and right causing me to leak energy. It's still a work in progress but through pilates my core is becoming stronger and this isn't as excessive.

i just love how calm her voice is and how encouraging she always is. whenever i'm feeling unmotivated to workout, i just do one of Nicole's workouts and i feel so much better. never thought i could feel peaceful and sweaty/shaky at the same time lmao
i love the calmness in her voice too. always been told i have a calm voice but at my last studio the owner was always trying to change me and make me LOUDER and more intimidating and i that's exactly the barre instructing style i avoid as a student. if i wanted to be screamed at over music u can't even hear i'd go to the club 🤍

It blows my mind how effective 20 minutes of working out can be. You must have known that I was almost straightening my leg when you encouraged us to keep it bend even though it's tough.😂 You know us so well. Was sweating like crazy towards the end. Really nice workout thank you❤

I loved this quick but challenging barre workout. I am 5 weeks out from bilateral mastectomy and it feels so awesome to do something intense for my core/glutes/legs while keeping the arm motions smooth and light. Absolutely incredible workout, quick and efficient. Some time ago I did not believe that in 20 minutes you could achieve the desired level of intensity in such a short time, no matter if it was Pilates or weights training or other type of workout. And now, I love this kind of short but intense workouts for when I have busy days but still want to move or when I want to do one more workout during a week because I don't feel like I did enough movement. Thank you for this amazing content, I am truly grateful that I discovered your channel, your calm voice and these graceful movements are like a meditation for me.Thanks to you I discovered Pilates and even if the majority of the time I do weight training, I need Pilates and I try to incorporate it as much as possible in my workout routine for flexibility, grace and this calm that you can feel while doing the movements. 🤗💖

What would you say the biggest differences in your running were after you started Pilates

Also a runner. Biggest difference for me is no knee pain. Used to get this all the time before Pilates
