Right?? And that’s not even including the land you have to buy to put the home there! I’m currently looking to move closer to my mom from East Texas to Dallas, and it’s damn near cheaper to buy a well-constructed home in a nice neighborhood. It’s insane!
Important to note there are some pretty big differences in manufactured and modular homes. On top of that, they both have been increasing in quality, while regular builds have been decreasing.
My boyfriend and I looked at this model last year in Tennessee. We purchased a different 4 bedroom model/brand over a year ago and because of labor/lumber shortages it’s still not done yet 😳 was supposed to be built and delivered by last October, now they said maybe July but don’t count on it. But that’s ok! For now I will live vicariously through your videos lol

I love every aspect of this house right down to the kitchen cabinets. Those arches really give the home character. The master bathroom shower is BOMB! I also like that it's all on one level, not a 2 story home.

I'd guess that shower could be changed. That is a molded shower pan in it, a totally tiled shower, walls, and floor probably could be done for a price.
This is a great layout for a multi-generational family, or perhaps a blended family where there's an age gap between the oldest child and his/her half-siblings. Grandma/Grandpa or oldest child can have their own space with the 4th bedroom.
This is an amazing house. I love it! Totally a house I would buy. The only thing I would change is adding more space on the front porch so I could have a porch swing and a nice size back deck!! Beautuful!!
The door and window trim looks old school , like the archer door ways, great study area , nice utility room. Real great home, really like the Sutter's.

This home, in my opinion, is the most beautiful home and layout. I love the living room, the very best one I've seen and the best fireplace by far. It's so extremely cozy. Also, I love the kitchen and dining room layout. This home is extremely high-quality designed with the creative layout, colors, and materials. Deer Valley has some really nice homes. I love the stone outside. And I really like how the kitchen is divided from the Living room. I wouldn't change anything, but would add a sliding back door, to eventually have a deck. Love it, love it. And deer valley uses wooden shelving in the pantry and closets. Instead the wired white racks. I don't care for those. Makes the house look cheap. Yes, you can make them wooden yourself, but why? Utility room needs cupboards though.

Home prices are ridiculous. How does anyone expect to pay an outrageous amount for a house nowadays. Some of these double wide, triple wide and manufactured housing, pre fab is even getting outrageous to afford a home.
I love this home. I’m a school bus driver and this house is actually one that I pick a kid up at in my route. I fell in love with the outside from day one when I saw it. Funny how you have it on here. May not be identical inside, but the outside is. Love love love.

The most perfect utility room I've ever seen! The master suite is on the same end as the guest bedrooms but is off by itself. Fantastic master bathroom! The extra bedroom & bath behind the kitchen would be perfect for adult kids or elderly parents.

Outstanding layout. Perfect for my situation, having my elderly mom and children. I would change the kitchen however. I would opt for the sink to be moved to where the cook top is and a window put there. Then have a regular stove instead of the wall oven. Nice giant laundry room with plenty of room for a stand-up freezer. Always good to see double sinks in a shared bathroom. That way there is no excuse for the big brother spitting out toothpaste on the back of the little brother's head !

I love this home. I keep coming back to it. I'd add a foyer and move the coat closet there & maybe add a half bath. I would love to have an enclosed den for a movie room. I'd prob decrease the size of the great room to accommodate. I'd add a door off the great room to add a porch. I'd have one feature wall in living room, an electric fireplace with a mantle & mount a TV above. I do like a bedroom w/an accessible bath as a sep "wing" for guests. In the master bath, I'd def add an airbath tub with jets!

Do a little reading on modular homes. They do not depreciate and beleive it or not, hold up well in storms. There a picture floating around of a franklin home in south Louisiana, along the coast after a cat 4 hurricane. Might change your mind.
I always say that what I _really_ want in a home is to have the master bedroom right up at the front, facing the road and all the noise. It really helps you connect with your neighbors when you look out your window wearing naught but pjs and see them lookin back 👀. Otherwise this is absolutely one of my favorite houses. Love the big Utilty room, the kitchen and all of the arches. Master bath is really nice. I really like the way they optioned this house too.

There is no denying its visual beauty but the truth is it will depreciate in value over time and a tornado or just a very strong wind will destroy it.
Do a little reading on modular homes. They do not depreciate and beleive it or not, hold up well in storms. There a picture floating around of a franklin home in south Louisiana, along the coast after a cat 4 hurricane. Might change your mind.

I always say that what I _really_ want in a home is to have the master bedroom right up at the front, facing the road and all the noise. It really helps you connect with your neighbors when you look out your window wearing naught but pjs and see them lookin back 👀. Otherwise this is absolutely one of my favorite houses. Love the big Utilty room, the kitchen and all of the arches. Master bath is really nice. I really like the way they optioned this house too.
