Choline - 1000 mg Inositol - 500 mg Methionine - 200 mg L-Lysine - 1-3 grams All on empty stomach. Vegetables high in vitamin C. Meat/seafood high in Zinc. Plus intermittent fasting and reduce sugar. Yeah, try to get THAT information out of your eye doctor! Thank you Dr. Berg!
I was told by the eye surgeon that operated on Prince Albert of Monaco (Dr. Rakic of CHU in Liège) that nothing can be done safely if you’re young because the only thing to do is remove that vitrous body. When you’re young your retina sticks to that body and you risk tearing the retina. When you’re old (60-ish) it doesn’t stick anymore and you can attempt to replace the vitrous body. I’ve had floaters since I was 5 years old. I am definitely trying this!
Trying this. Went to my optometrist/ retina specialist due to a heavy floater in my right eye. He said, due to my 60 year old age that it was common and it won’t go away. I Don’t believe him!
Hi Dr Berg, I went to my specialist eye doctor and asked him about the floaters and he said they will never go away, they just get worse as you get older. I’m 70 And mine did go away after I started doing Keto. And I came to the conclusion that it was the sugar that was causing my eye problems. And he told me I was wrong, unbelievable these people are allowed to practice. Thank you for this video 🎉❤
I'm 52. I had floaters and my vision was getting bad especially at night. I had to go to the eye doctor every year for updated prescriptions. I cut out most carbs and now eat very little sugar. I then pumped up my egg eating and animal products. Floaters are gone. I can see at night again. I haven't been back to the eye doctor in 2 years. Also, my hands don't ache any more. I used to ask my wife to rub my hands every night. I wasn't super overweight, but lost 20 pounds and sleep apnea stopped. It's a travesty that most people have no idea so many of their problems are carb and sugar related. What's even worse is when I try to tell them, but they refuse believe me because their doctor never mentions food as the culprit. Just take another pill. Heartbreaking.
Are you on a keto diet? What did you reduce your carbs down to per day? I'm 38 and my floaters have gotten worse so I started adding bromelain and papaya into diet in case it's from my body being unable to break down protein. Haven't gone full keto yet though so I'm curious as to what your carbs at per day roughly.
@@danelledalee8173 Hey. I don't consider myself on Keto. I don't keep track of carbs, but I can tell you it's usually 50 grams or less a day. I rarely eat any breads, pastas, or anything flour related. I eat 95% less of that stuff than I did in the past. I do walk and run 3 miles a day and lift weights 5 days a week. I cut out all sugary everything like candy, cookies, snacks, drinks. I also don't eat fruit and very little vegetables. Nothing with "added" sugar. I drink water with fresh squeezed lemons and limes only. I really think most of my issue was all the added sugar things I ate which kept my weight and insulin up. I feel so much better now. I hope you are able to find relief.
@@danelledalee8173 I have been taking bromelain and some other enzymes for four months straight-no results whatsoever! I must add that I eat sugary food quite often, so the sugar could be the culprit.
Can I ask you sir if your floaters are completely gone .. and you checked them with the eye doctor .. or they just little disappeared from your sight vision ?
Had eye floaters for 2 years…went on carnivore diet! Lost 52lbs. I haven’t had eye floaters for 6 months now! Wonderful feeling….thanks , Mr. Berg! Love Ya!!!🤩👍🏻
Most docs I’ve dealt with made me feel ‘crazy’ for bringing up these types of issues which in turn would make me hesitant to bring up other things. I feel like a lot of people feel the same way so we end up suffering in silence. I’m so glad to have these types of resources so when we do bring them up to a doctor we can also bring knowledge so they know we are serious and we will advocate for our health.
Dear DR. Berg, I owe you so much! I was diagnosed with diabetis in March, got a prescription for Metformin but never took it but got myself some ceylon cinnamon and ate keto, stopped consuming sugar and used erythriol instead. My blood results went from 7,4 in March to 6,4 in June and are now 5,7! I lost almost 20 pounds without starving or going through any hardships and I sleep ever so much better! I have eye floaters too, from early childhood on. All my eye doctor said was : "that's normal, your eyes are aging." Now I will try your method and I'm sure I will finally get rid of these ennerving little worms! Thank you so much and greetings from germany!
Do not use erythriol it is toxic to your heart, search on it and you will see new studies. Try out chromium and vanadium and cycling berberine as in for example 5 days on berberine and 2 days of or a couple of weeks on and a week of. It works great i fixed both my parents too high blood sugar with this. Read up on it, it works
Before August 2022 I had at least 2 floaters, 1 in each eye. I stopped eating sugar and high carbs and stuck to a one meal a day regimen. Today I have no floaters and have lost over 30kg (65+lbs)Thank you Dr Berg for waking me up.
First time in my life that I've heard someone talking about this, I'm 53 now. Since I was a young kid, I always thought it was something normal. Thank you and so much gratitude, Dr. Berg and your staff for this awareness. 💛
Same here. 50 and since 1st grade I remember seeing my 1st one. Not that big of a deal unless I looked for it but over the years have got worse but all doctors and medical experts do not have or will not have a natural remedy nor a prescription.
I never think about floaters until I notice them. They come and go for me. If this takes months to work I would not know it works since I rarely notice floaters. Sometimes I notice them a couple days in a row, then a month and no floaters.
Two years ago I began intermittent fasting. I didn't go on a ketogenic diet, but I eliminated all added sugar, especially to my coffee. (4 teaspons in each of two cups of coffee a day came out to an astounding 27 lbs. of sugar a year!!!) I was so happy losing 30+ lbs. in four months and keeping that weight off the last 2 years that I never noticed that my floaters disappeared. I hadn't had an eye checkup for almost 3 years and when I went in last month during my conversation with the doctor I realized that my floaters had disappeared!!! I had quite a few floaters, especially in my right eye. At 73 years old I had no floaters or any problems whatsoever with my vision. I have to attribute that to getting added sugar out of my diet and intermittent fasting.
Im 37. This was the most important video for me in at least 20 years. This terrible pain started to hit me in April this year. Had blurry vision in right eye last summer, then I noticed a worm starting to move vertically on right eye, and then dots on left eye. I panicked. this probably relates to the fact that I ate a lot of sugar in combination with coffee the period before. While this may seem like a small problem, it's so close that I can't think of anything else when it comes up. A week ago I started preparing to die, but thinking that this may never go away. Because I can't get used to it. I'm seeing an eye doctor in a week. This video and your comments that this can go away, gives me a spark to keep living. You can also see, judging by several comments, that specialist doctor is just a title. It is only when a solution is presented, practiced and works that it matters.
I started eating a carnivore diet 10 months ago and pretty quickly my floaters got better. They are now never noticeable to any degree. It’s been among the many ailments a carnivore diet has resolved/improved.
I hope, Doctor, that you continue to publish about the Eye Floaters. Everyone should talk about this so that people become aware. All the people I've known have the Eye Floaters, and they're all around 20 years old. It's different with adults It should be noted in the context that not only young people are affected by this, but even adults, and even children of a young age. . I hope that if you discover anything new about this, you share it with us. Thank you.
Interesting video! I took serrapeptase for my painful knees. Didn't help my knees at all but in 2 months my floaters went away as did shoulder pain from a botched surgery. Years later I went keto and have remained floater free.
PERFECT!!! I just figured on my own that serrapeptase would have that exact effect on eye floaters. And YOU are my confirmation!! That's great to hear it did at least somewhat resolve an existing problem. I have them. My eyesight before was better than 20/20. A sarcoid damaged my eyes and them these annoying floaters. I have this bottle of serrapeptase looking at me every time I lift my head from the bed. I guess it's time to get busy! Thanks for your testimony!
Great information. My optometrist never told me what floaters were. Since I've been doing OMAD and IF 20:4, eating 4 eggs a day, and drastically lowered my sugars, I have noticed my floaters are greatly reduced. Will definitely continue eating healthy. Thank you for the info.

I appreciate all that you do Dr. Eric Berg, thank you for sharing your knowledge free of charge with all of us who are living with discomfort and can't afford expensive medical bills. I always look forward to watching your videos and increasing my knowledge throughout my time here on earth.
As a child, I had floaters, stigmatism, and poor vision. On keto/carnivore (no fasting) age > 50, recent eye exam resulted no floaters, no stigmatism, near perfect vision! I totally agree that your eyes can improve with age and proper foods.
Whoa, I had no idea there was a name for this, let alone other people had this! Thankfully I haven’t had them for around a decade now, as almost that long ago I stopped putting sugar in my morning coffee and drastically reduced the amount of bread and pasta in my diet! Thanks again for more interesting and amazing health information, Dr. Berg! ❤️
Mind blown....I first discovered floaters atleast 10 years ago, I was swatting at them thinking they were gnats 😢 My eye doctor said no fix, you'll get used to them...and until this very second seeing this video, I have moved my head and eyes in every direction and do not see them anymore...rewind about 6 years when I first discovered your videos...dappled in keto and IF....became more serious with it....have worked very hard to eliminate sugars...your videos ❤ floaters gone...prayer combined with your knowledge, priceless
Thank you, Dr. Berg! I've been dealing with floaters for over a year, and there's no way I'm having a laser, also known to cause vision loss, zapping my eye.❤
I have been suffering from eye floaters for years now and doctors have never helped me. I accidentally just clicked on this video randomly. I just opened the UA-cam app and didn’t even see anything about this video. My finger accidentally clicked on it. I really believe God wanted me to see this video and I am so thankful. I definitely do eat a lot of carbs and I also wonder if my insulin resistance did this now.
I’m stunned. I’ve been keto-vore for almost a year. I have had floaters for as long as I can remember. After watching this video, I noticed my floaters were gone!
Why would Dr Berg be censored?? He’s just putting out health based content that’s truly helping people. I’ve seen tons of his videos now, and not once ever, has he said or done anything wrong. What could he possibly be censored for?!
Big pharma, hospitals, big conglomerate food producers, government who are paid lackey's (see Fauci) to censor what you need to see, and many more. They are your enemy.
Not only I got used to them, I play games with them. Try to get them to certain object, hit something while they are passing my eyesight… I kinda just accepted them as a normal part of how human see. But, the tide is turning and a life without floaters is on sight.
67 years old had floaters real bad to start the keto going on four years ago I'm doing that lemon every day on an empty stomach floaters are gone. And the floaters being gone or just the least of it I'm fairly sure I would be dead right now if I hadn't started the keto diet . I was miserable shape. I couldn't even see my feet for about the standard abdomen. I couldn't breathe my legs were swelling so bad I had to have help getting up out of a chair. Blood pressure was off the Richter scale. Now I'm up every day . Keto diet rock's thank you Doctor Berg for giving me the knowledge to save my life I may die tomorrow but I'll feel good while while I'm doing it

Have had floaters for 35 years at least, and usually don't even notice them unless in bright sunlight. Going to get this stuff to try it out. Thanks doc!
I first noticed I had eye floaters at 23. I went to an eye specialist who confirmed it. He told me that they will go when I turn 50. Im now 61 and their still with me. I’ve just got so used to them that they don’t bother me. Funny thing is , instead of diminishing with age , they’ve gotten worse. I really notice them in the sunlight and only if I’m focused on them. Just a few weeks back I sat and looked up at the sky and couldn’t believe how many I have now. It’s like an ocean of shapes.
This video is so relevant to me as I suffer from eye floaters. Thank you good sir! Your videos no longer pop up in my feed, shame on UA-cam for censoring this information!
I’ve had eye floaters since I was 17 almost 25 now and one thing I’ve noticed help a lot is getting a good night of rest plus fruits and veggies and high intake of water they appear much lighter in your field of vision
@phillipproussier3723 fruit has lots of soluble sugar ,but better for you then stuff in a spoon, your keto diet reduces the sugars and convertible carbs so your body will harvest from your fat stores ,good for your waistline and diabetes too.
Am 67 now. I had a lot of floaters. I used to drink a lot of alcohol. Stopped drinking for two years now. Used a lot of supplements for fatty liver such as milk thistle, vitamin E, zinc, omega 3's, and turmeric. But I still had floaters. Then I started taking N.A.C. N-Acetyl Cysteine - 1200 mg a day with food. BOOM! After about 30 days no more floaters. And my liver enzymes such as ALT and AST are improving.
I am sorry to hear that. It maybe a combo of the other supplements, all I know is after starting NAC the floaters went away. Maybe I should try and stop the NAC for lets say 30 days and see if the floaters come back,@@piotrg2096
I’ve been following dr bergs advice for several years. I have had eye floaters since I was 8. After following all of the food advice I still have floaters. Just keep in mind, while the right nutrition is important to our health, it can’t solve everything. Just because we eat right, doesn’t mean we won’t get cancer, heart disease, or other issues. Hopefully, food will give us enough strength to feel the best we can every day.
Digestive enzymes were also shown to reduce floaters. So bromelain and nattokinase are probably also worth a try(there've been two trials if I remember correctly).
I have floaters. I've had one since I was a teenager. But I've also come to realize that I've always been B 1 deficient. And for some reason I think that B1 deficiency and oxalates go hand in hand. I started reducing my oxalate intake and then I've been increasing my B1 and I've noticed my floaters have decreased significantly. Reduced almost immediately
@@colleenshea2293 I cut out potatoes and sweet potatoes. I cut out beets spinach and avocados and tea. I did eat good meats, such as lamb or pork, or fish. Eggs--eggs are very good--I also ate skyr yogurt, bananas and a few other fruits to keep my vitamin C levels up. Veggies such as brussel sprouts, kale, asparagus. Just get a list of all oxalates and reduce by 80%. I did have coffee, but cut out teas. But for every coffee I had I offset it with more food based B1. I found my joints ached less and my sight was better.
@@colleenshea2293I ate foods high and b1 like eggs, bacon or pork and fish. And also some of the vegetables I mentioned previously have B1; Nutritional yeast and then occasionally took benfoteamine... Coffee isn't high in oxalate but it does deplete b1
AlliThiamine has been very helpful in our family. Thiamine is such an important co-factor, signs of deficiency can arise in just about any organ or tissue .. not just nervous system, and mitochondrial energy function. It is the original anti-stress vitamin and we have all had lots of that in the past 3 years.

I've had these floaters for over 30 years. Basically as far as I remember back as a kid. I haven't sugar for 15 years. Already eating the food diet you mention and floaters don't go away. I will try the supplements and see what happens.
Studies have shown that advanced glycation end-products (AGE) are also formed, for example, when dry-heating, roasting or frying food, especially meat and eggs which by default already contain the highest amount of AGE of any food. So choosing to boil or lightly scramble your eggs, and eating meat in a stew or heated in any moist way instead of grilling or searing will greatly help to lower the overall dietary AGE load entering your body. Heating meat combined with an acidic substance such as lemon or vinegar or tomato will also inhibit the glycation. Aged (hah...) cheeses and dried meats also have high amounts of dietary AGE.
Omg I've had these for yrs but now since watching this it reminded me of them. But they're gone and the difference is I've cut back on carbs. So obviously it works! Hello😮
I have an autoimmune eye disease called "Birdshot". It causes lots of floaters as the retina at the back of the eyes gets more and more damaged & my sight fades. In one of your videos - in passing, you mentioned SERAPEPTASE gets rid of floaters. I took it for 3 months and they disappeared, never to return! My eye specialist was shocked and now recommends serapeptase to others. So thank you for this and the additional data in this video.❤
O.M.G! Dr. Berg; Thank you so much for this invaluable information. I've had some floaters on and off. I only see them, sometimes if I am looking at a White Painted Wall Under a bright light. I was also censored by the BigTech/UA-cam Warlocks for acknowledging your humanitarian awesomeness, regarding the invaluable health tips and wellness information! Thank you again!
I have had surgery to remove floaters from both of my eyes. The surgery is not difficult or painful. I was able to see fine the next day and was back to normal in less than a week. Depending on your insurance, it might be expensive. If you want to go that route, ask your eye doctor or contact a retina specialist.
I’ve had floaters for as long as I can remember. No eye Dr ever told me what they were caused by. Also for the last 4 years I’ve had this vitreous tear they call it, like a blurry line that goes back and forth across my vision like a windshield wiper. This started after I fell and hit my forehead on that side. Eye doc just said it may go away or may never go away. Thanks for the info. It just confirms further that I need to stop sugar for many reasons.
I did a month long liver/gallbladder & kidney detox program with lots of herbal tinctures, methylated B vitamins & chelated minerals. The diet was adequate protein, very low fat and very low carb. I used the essential amino acids as a supplement to my protein so I wouldn’t lose muscle mass. I lost 15 pounds, mostly body fat. Then I switched to an animal-based carnivore diet with a focus on intermittent fasting. About the sixth month mark I noticed my floaters were gone. After watching this video, I believe it was in part the essential amino acids, and the fact that I was intermittent fasting and removing sugar.
I have been Carnivore for 10 months. 3 days ago it hit me, that I cannot find my floaters. With all that has changed, it is one thing that I didn't notice.
This is one of the reasons why I immensly appreciate your fantastic work Dr.Berg! 💖🧬 You show the bright side of science where , demonstrating at the same time beauty of nature through it and the complexity of the human body but I noticed I had a few of these a very long time ago but couldn't ever find information about it. And certainely not their origin and how to get ride of it. *I also noticed there are some concentrical circles like round cells. I don't know what are those.*
When I first had EYE FLOATERS I was in a retreat health center where they were practising and developing the third-eye chakra. I was 12 years old at that time. When staying there we had a sort of fasting, eating rice and water only. I thought I started seeing special sacred energy with my newly opened third-eye chakra at that center. I was there with my mum. Then when I came back home, those eye floaters continued to appear. I was sure that way my third-eye chakra was operating smoothly. I never told about it to the grownups, I kept it to myself, privately. I am not kidding now. Then some day the eye floaters disappeared which made me upset, because I thought that I no longer "deserved" to see that special sacred energy. Now I am 32 years old and from time to time I see these eye floaters. This video by Dr.Berg made me feel I had experienced no sacral knowledge except some health / sugar issues at 12 y.o.👁🗨
I remember when I was a kid I had loads of these! Never understood them and telling people what i seen, they thought I was weird 😂 Only found out what they are a few years back when dr berg made a video on this ❤ Glad I've gotten rid of 95% of mines.
@vicky116 low carb diet, cut out all the refine carbs, grains, sugar, and junk food/drinks. Fasting and that's it really. Just eat good, drink good and fast pretty simple 🙂
@@XqFlixZxmy floaters caused by high carbs diet and lots of sugar and fried foods also but once they appear they are permanent in your field of vision there are nothing you can do about them it's your mind who just ignored them time by time so they are still in your vision but your mind adapted to ignore them help this hope
Floaters can also be Red Blood Cells (they look like fruit flies except they move when you look at them, so you know they are floaters, but basically little black dots rather than stringy stuff), and they can also be your eye jelly coming apart as you age. This happened to me, and I thought I had a retinal tear as I saw blue flashes at night when I glanced behind me to pull out in my car. I got it checked out, and they said the jelly was coming off my retina, but the retina was OK. It's apparently now swimming in my eyes like macaroni, and I have a big blob of defocus swimming back and forth which is annoying. I wish they could just suck it out, but they're obviously worried if they did it might tear my retina on the way out. If you see a sudden increase in the little black dots, you need to see your eye doctor IMMEDIATELY, because it means you might have ruptured a capillary for some reason. But I've had one or two all my life since childhood, no problemo.
I used to notice floaters on a regular basis, I have been on a mostly carnivore/keto diet for a year and a half, and I haven’t noticed any floaters for about a year
Dr Berg you have upset my morning, I have been following your advice for at least 5 years and I am grateful to you because my health has improved 90 % , I am very strict with my keto diet exercise and I.F but I do have the floaters and from what you say I must be doing something wrong, I am a bit deflated because I thought I was doing so well

It's coming more difficult cause you making that check Dr. Thank you for everything you've saved millions of people. GOD BLESS YOU........keep up the good work
I have got to say something here. I have no problem with what you have presented here but it would be a mistake to assume that all floaters are a product of glycation. I have had PVDs- Posterior Vitreous Detachnents- in both eyes and the symptoms included large, dark floaters along with bright flashes of light in the left eye. PVDs occur when the Vitreous Humor in the eye develops a Meniscus that adheres to the Retina and due to shrinkage or motion pulls a tear in the Retina. The dark floaters are blood. It is possible for fluid to get behind the Retina through the tear and cause a Retina detachment. I got lucky. I went to the Emergency room and had both eyes repaired with Laser Surgery. It is better to assume that large, dark Floaters are dangerous and not benign and be wrong than it is to lose your vision.
I had the same exact age related problem. Warning, if you see a sudden increase in floaters or flashes of light. go to the ER/Ophthalmologist right away. You could have a retinal tear that needs immediate attention
This is the FIRST TIME EVER that I hear about this. Everytime someone is talking about floaters, they only tell you that it's normal and that's it's due to aging. Never once I heard it was a glycation end product. I'll search into this. Thank you.
Im 56 and have floaters ever since I can remember. 2 years on dirty keto but hardly no sugar and no more floaters and eye vision has slightly improved.
I have been on a law carb low glycemic, balanced protein, intermittent fasting diet for a decade and I still developed floaters after cataract surgery. I have always taken care to have enough antioxidants and have tried inositol and choline and I still have floaters so as a nutritional physiologist I go with the research which shows that it is age related changes in the viscosity of the vitreous layer on the retina causing the posterior layer to detach. Habituation means I am no longer aware of them provided that in bright sunlight I wear a peaked cap to shade my eyes.
Outside sunbathing looking at the blue sky. .at the sun coming through my closed eyelids..hoping this may help with floaters..maybe like the Indian sadhus do giving their eyes a sunbath every morning

I have had eye floaters since 2016. Got them 6 months after getting the shingles shot. A natural path doctor by the name of Dr Janine Bowring (she has a UA-cam channel) mentions using castor oil packs for eye floaters. Thank you Dr Berg for sharing your knowledge about choline/inositol for eye floaters. I started using choline/inositol 2 weeks ago for my fatty liver. I will monitor for eye floaters. I also heard that MSM eye drops was also good for eye floaters but it didn’t work for me.

I recently had a sudden onset of large floaters. Something told me to get it checked sooner, rather than later. Went to doc the next day. Had a small tear in the retina where the vitreous had detached. Got laser treatment the next day to repair. Glad I had it checked out because it could have resulted in a detached retina.
@@dellzywillis3001PVD=posterior vitreous detachment-I’ve had this condition since 2019. It supposedly is a normal occurrence with older age which results in the appearance of eye floaters. @choppers3687 I've had the same but not nearly as bad sounding as yourself! Any possibility of treating your problems or maybe just natural solutions?
The only thing I have come across is an option for vitreolysis, where they laser the floaters in short treatment sessions which apparently pulverizes the tissues. It’s not really a new technique anymore so I am a little more tempted to try it. Not all ophthalmologists were on board with it, meaning they won’t do it. But I had found one who was and had been doing the procedure for many years already. It has risks but this doctor seemed quite candid with me about some of the complications and the reasons were identified. So maybe I’ll do it…I’m so chicken 😅but the inability to see clearly is quite anxiety provoking. It’s weird in that sense that it bothers me.Maybe I’ll try these supplements first…!
I had a time, two years ago, when my eyes were constantly dry and felt like sand was in my eyes. Itch followed and I started rubbing my eyes a bit too hard to relieve the itching. I realized I had eye floaters after that. Now I don't scratch my eyes roughly. Thanks for all the extra info Dr. Berg
Dr. Berg, why do you recommend specific dosages of supplements on some videos, while on other videos you never mention the dosages we ought to take ? This always leaves me totally confused and floundering in the dark. Thank you !❤️
He's still learning! Just like each of us. You do realize don't you? Most doctors in America were taught to solely learn about GENERAL PHYSICIAN AND GENERAL MEDICINE (PHARMACEUTICAL 💊) BELIEFS AND PRACTICES right? * Take 2 of these and call me in the morning! INDIGENOUS, ABORIGINES, ASIANS, AMERICAN INDIANS, AFRICANS,... have taught for decades and centuries what America is just starting to learn about? Most white people
Its difficult - because then I am recommending a brand and a dosage and what if the person needs more or less, its difficult to go that deep - you can continue the research and find a product with the best reviews, then follow the description on the lable
@@Drberg Yes, but take Vitamin D3 + K2 as an example. You say at least 10,000…… maybe all the way to 50,000, but for 50, it will not be every day. Do you see how you are giving us a range to target ? Yet, on other things, we have no range, and frankly, I will never take just what the label tells me, because the govt. gives bare bare minimums. I hope you see what I mean.
Choline - 1000 mg
Inositol - 500 mg
Methionine - 200 mg
L-Lysine - 1-3 grams

Vegetables high in vitamin C.
Meat/seafood high in Zinc.

I looked at WEBMD, Mao clinic, Healthline , nothing on nutrition or anything Dr. Berg mentioned. So sick of Western Medicine?

It’s more unbelievable that they would just say NO. How about a humble, I don’t know?

Wow, that's great!

If you have cataract surgery no more floaters
Treat the symptom, not the cure.
@@loriethomas169Well, I had cataract surgery two years ago and I still have floaters……..so, no…..cataract surgery does not remove floaters.
I work for a Ophthalmologist and Retinal Specialist and they probably dont even know this information. Time to educate them 💪 Thanks Dr. Berg
All the people I've known have the Eye Floaters, and they're all around 20 years old. how about it
yes this is my issue.... plus early stage of retina detachment.... Luckily it is under control but those floaters drive me nuts for last 4 years now.

Never understood them and telling people what i seen, they thought I was weird 😂
Only found out what they are a few years back when dr berg made a video on this ❤
Glad I've gotten rid of 95% of mines.
How?
@vicky116 low carb diet, cut out all the refine carbs, grains, sugar, and junk food/drinks. Fasting and that's it really. Just eat good, drink good and fast pretty simple 🙂
@@XqFlixZxmy floaters caused by high carbs diet and lots of sugar and fried foods also but once they appear they are permanent in your field of vision there are nothing you can do about them it's your mind who just ignored them time by time so they are still in your vision but your mind adapted to ignore them help this hope
@@XqFlixZxthanks for the hope❤
@@Minigamer0786 I highly disagree but each to their own
I’ve had floaters forever. Glad to hear there is hope.
Best doctor ever may God bless him always 🙏
I used to notice floaters on a regular basis, I have been on a mostly carnivore/keto diet for a year and a half, and I haven’t noticed any floaters for about a year
I haven't noticed any eye floaters for months, until I read this video title.
Dr Berg you have upset my morning, I have been following your advice for at least 5 years and I am grateful to you because my health has improved 90 % , I am very strict with my keto diet exercise and I.F but I do have the floaters and from what you say I must be doing something wrong, I am a bit deflated because I thought I was doing so well
There are other causes as well, some serious. See your eye care professional to find out why. Great job on your success.
@@Travis141123excellent comment Travis, i had floaters back in September 2019 and went for a special eye test, turns out i had a detached retina and went immediately to Moorfields eye hospital in London who were absolutely superb and i am very grateful to them….kind regards to you and everyone out there, Mark from Billericay in the UK 🇬🇧
How CLEAN is the keto eating? He delivered life changing information.
You might be dehydrated
Don't be discouraged. Others here have said you can still have the floaters despite doing everything else right!
I quit alcohol, am doing low carb, trying IF to the best of my ability and am excited to do extended fasts. Yeesh. Can't wait to feel better.
how about it now
Thank you, I love your teachings
Thank you for watching!
@Hello there, how are you doing this blessed day?
Agreed.
Thank you.
DMSO in eye drop form but use diluted.
Also there's a Russian eye drop called "visomitin" which helps reverse cataracts.
Have heard a bit about that. Can you imagine how much the eye doctors will try to supress the info?
This eye drop didn't work for me
I got it on Amazon and if anything I had way more floaters after using it
Dilute DMSO to what ratio?
I never thought I'd see a video like this, after having floaters for many many years.
Sure. Hope this will help you.
Im 56 and have floaters ever since I can remember. 2 years on dirty keto but hardly no sugar and no more floaters and eye vision has slightly improved.
You are one brilliant Dr , such a vast range of knowledge.
Thank you for your comment!
Never had floaters until having posterior vitreous separation, you're theory is correct in that situation for sure!
So Dr. BERG made up the remedy ?
Outside sunbathing looking at the blue sky. .at the sun coming through my closed eyelids..hoping this may help with floaters..maybe like the Indian sadhus do giving their eyes a sunbath every morning
Hi Dr. Berg I’m using castor oil for my floaters and it helped.
Hi! How are you using the oil, please? As eye drops or just rubbing over the eyelid?
@@merinmathew6211 I massage my eye with it but if. Lil get in the eye it’s ok.
Thank you so much for the video Dr Berg! I have this little things in my eyes for long, that is amazing knowing that has cure for that! You are the best Dr. Berg!!!🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Finally I know what these are. I used to play with them and move them around on the surface of my eye.
Here we go.
I used to have them haven't had for some time, back when I was eating anything I wanted.

I wonder when the last time was? Spending my Dawn phenomenon over here.

Dr Berg, you are the best.
Thanks for your support!
I’ve had floaters all my live - when I was around 10 I often said: it’s raining inside- looked like fine drizzling rain - I was using low carb for about a year with types of fasting with great results- don’t recall being concerned about my floaters so maybe they were less - after a visit overseas to see my mother- coming back I got Covid for the first time ever - it’s been 5 weeks and I’m still exhausted after doing some housework for a few hrs - I was trying tofu d the you tube video that had a title like : what to do after Covid- to get back to feeling better etc - I’m unable to find it and began to wonder if I imagined it was Dr Berg but now I guess it is stupid ytube ugh thanks for all you do
Dr. Berg also has an APP. I've turned many onto it. Thank you Dr. Berg. I was also recently talking to a nurse about you and she's looking into going holistic, so she's going to look you up. YAY!
Carnivore Diet :) been doing it almost 4 year now and all floaters are long gone !
Interview and talking to others they also have had them go away :)
Does carnivore Diet get rid of the Protein of the floaters really ? Because many doctors and people said that nothing can get rid of these proteins in the eye .. please tell me about your experiment.. I need it
@@DaliaMahmoud-of6dj
For me it did and mine were quite bad I have talked to others doing carnivore that had floaters and they also have had them go away forgot how far along I was till I saw a difference?
Did not take any other supplements to make it happen either :)
And YUP I was told nothing I could do by a optometrist and a Opthamologist :)
Sadly doctors are being taught wrong or lied to about nutrition IMHO
Like the diabetes or other things that usually can be reversed etc... things like Gout going away skin conditions going away even dandruff going away
but I was also told meat will kill me but eating fake meat is healthy and OH eat the SAD and I see the obesity and diseased society they have created
That said I will never say it will cure everything and will get rid of yours :) that is impossible to know
But along with so so so many other things that are better I will never go back to eating SAD and stay meat based and been at it long enough I keep getting small benefits as I approach my 61st Bday
Try it :) give it 90 days see how you feel and if feeling better I say why not keep going :)
@@DaliaMahmoud-of6dj Also look for information through scientists, don't rely on doctors, because they only know based on medical texts.
I have had floaters for years about three weeks ago. I applied Castrol to my eyes. It has eliminated 90% of the floaters so far.
How did you apply castor oil to eyes ? Pls expalin
I'm familiar with Dr Janine. Have you tried the Castor oil packs?
@@ianstuart5660 yes, just started this past week. I even put castor oil on my feet at night with socks. It’s great.
@@ianstuart5660as I have organic castor oil for My Horses sarcoma I've been putting a drop on both eyelids and earlier a month or so ago I put a drop of it "in" my eyes I noticed a change within a week of doing that I did it every night before I went to bed but between horse sales and hauling hay I haven't had time to mess with anything extra like that now

awesome video.
i found out what those little squiggly lines in my eyes were a while ago, and figured a few multi day fasts could help break them down.
i havent noticed any floaters in months, but this video helped conclude what i had theorized
Please note that sudden large floaters can be serious. I just had PVD and it was very scary.
What is PVD?
I recently had a sudden onset of large floaters. Something told me to get it checked sooner, rather than later. Went to doc the next day. Had a small tear in the retina where the vitreous had detached. Got laser treatment the next day to repair. Glad I had it checked out because it could have resulted in a detached retina.
@@dellzywillis3001PVD=posterior vitreous detachment-I’ve had this condition since 2019. It supposedly is a normal occurrence with older age which results in the appearance of eye floaters. I was only 51 when I developed PVD in one eye and then months later in the other eye. It’s awful, cannot see clearly due to large floaters, like I’m looking in a snow globe. 😢
I've been drinking PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon beer) for years and I still have Floaters !
Great video Doc...Stay You !
Berg
how about you now
Not surprised that this info was in an OLD PDR and not in current versions! Thanks Doc, will be signing up for your newsletter!
