Just a nice story for anyone who doesn't mind reading. I finally made a friend to skate with! Ever since I got my first board, I didn't know anyone that skates, and I live further from the main city in my state. So I always skated alone, I lost motivation a lot. But yesterday, I got home from the skatepark, and I waned to talk to my mom so I looked for her and when I went in the garage I saw a girl, similar style to mine, skating. I really wanted to say hi but I think she had earbuds in, so I ran inside and got my board, I just skated down the street and waved when I first saw her. Then I turned around and we talked, the next day (today) we met after school and skated till it got dark. And tomorrow we are going to skate to chick-fil-a and hangout again. I was really anxious first talking to her cause I'm really awkward in public and talking to strangers, but she was really nice. I'm just happy I finally made a new friend.
