Cab just looking like an old Samurai master chilling on his Ramp. The man who has slayed all the dragons with nothing to prove to the young pups. #BOSSMODE. More cab in the videos. His presence, his vibe alone, makes it all good.
All you cool skaters have inspired me to build a ramp for my two young boys 8 and 3 years old I'm 50 and I want to hang out with my boys and skate !!! Thank you for the inspiration!!!
so sick you guys get to have a casual fun miniramp session with one of the greats of skateboarding (steve cab). AJ got a sick style to love those boneless tuck knees.
My first deck ever was a boneite Cab. Hawk signed it for me in the 80s. Even though it is nearly destroyed from thrashing it for years, it hangs on my wall in a place of honor. Always an inspiration Steve. Thank you.
Dan, well done, I know how hard it is to hold back, to skate with this injury...It seems like it's healed, but it's not. It takes a lot of patience, several time I made the mistake of skating too early.. And thank you for showing Steve C, I had the chance to meet him over 35 years ago and I found him really nice.
So....when you skate with Cab do people avoid doing a caballerial out of respect, or do you throw out the best one you can to honor him? 🤔 Also his wide-stance is so iconic. Such a cool style
Patinar con el Sr Steve caballero debe ser todo un honor! Me gusta burda el estilo del vestido de negro completo zapatos Nike. El sonido de las ruedas con las maderas Suena bien heavy. Saludos desde Venezuela broders.
I’m 46 and got to skate at the park at the same time as Cab a few times, he used to live less that a half mile away from me in Campbell. But to skate his mini with him would be so awesome!! I skated Redwood City park when Lance Mountain was there. I was so stoked.
I can't remember what year it was. It was mid 80's. I had reached a point where it was time to ditch my £40 pre built toy, and move up to a 'proper' board. I was a huge fan of the Bones Brigade and watched skate vids daily. My favourite skater at the time was Natas Kaupas. But Powell Peralta had the best decks out there so I begged my mum for a Cabellero. Can't remember the exact build. Independant trucks, OJ wheels, Swiss bearings. Been a long time. Seeing things like this make me wish I was young again. But I'm not and if I fell on a ramp, it would probably be life changing.
Steve seems like a really humble dude such a legend still shreds great video as usual watch on the TV so I don’t comment as much but I’m viewing tootles
Dan, i am 37, i grew up in north wales , and penticton b.c , canada, back and forth, skated my whole life, spent half my life growing up with my old man , in a van living in treeplating camps all over, b.c ,when dad was working i was baby sat by the cook shack crew, the injured tree planters, etc the lot, you give me that "looking out for everyone energy" feeling safe amongst a nice guy, sorry to get soppy on yah, i had a rough time on drugs and booze .. still am unfortunately, big love from north wales @@DanCorrigan
I'm.not saying his skating was funny; it was 8 spot, but it's like when your Dah says takes more drugs than you and it's the first time he's never lied.... Or something
@ 12:51 your dude does a really well placed version of your capeside from that bowl... I mean, in that half pipe, it's really something. The difference, apart from approach direction, is you drove with the hips and were standing and he drives with the tors and shoulders and obviously close with the underside grab... so, I mean... it's a slo mo... the transition from el cap to capeside is like because batman... and his cape... his arm drives like he's wearing a cape... kinda thing...
Dan I think you would dominate mini-ramps if you concentrated on it for a while. Your ledge game and balance skills would translate really well there. Easier on old man bodies too.
i used to microwave my new shoes and fold them into a burrito then put them on while warm. that's the best way to break in a new shoe (just make sure you dont have any metal on your shoes of course haha)
To solve your shoe break in problem, get new shoes a week before you need them and use them for normal non skating activities and they will break in before you wear out the old pair. Just a thought.
I guess the reason I recognise these things is because, I was like maybe four or five when I was into skateboarding heavy and I mean, shapeboards were "all" so, I mean, the development of a lot of these tricks and the limitations that were perceived in them paved the way for the popsicle board... it was necessity, rather than invention that made the popsicle board. The amount of times I saw kids come up to stall mount and the tail either seized or flew out from under them was... many. A lot of split lips, a lot of cracked heads, a lot of teeth bashed out but I mean, that was part of the 'punk' essence... in a lot of ways but, I mean, it's supposed to be fun, not like continual brutal self abuse and I feel like you see the gradual change in the culture to reflect that kind of parallel to it...

That ramp is such a vibe with the bamboo wall. Long live Stevie Cab!

Awesome to see this. Cab was my favorite skater growing up…still ripping
Same and the full cab is one of my favorite tricks

love Steve's truck stall grind @ 9:51 The pacing is, further on, everything... when he does that series of front stall 50s.

Better cab right in his face to keep the old man young
I would throw out the most basic Caballerial just to assert dominance.
Half cab while in half cabs I say! 😅
and on a dragon board 🤣@@steezorteez9829
I’d say honor him by doing “his “ trick
Souvenirs, souvenirs..............
I love watching AJ skate
same
AJ is my most improved skater of 2023. He just keeps going for bigger and wilder shit. He's killing it, and it's awesome.
Is he the one with the hair?
@@ThisHandleFeatureIsStupid The hat
cab always gives the best vibes
He may not be getting those big airs anymore but thats OK. I still love seeing Cab skate.
he's a tank compared to theese skinny rad kids! and could be some of their grand dads at 60! he stilll abs kills it
Patinar con el Sr Steve caballero debe ser todo un honor! Me gusta burda el estilo del vestido de negro completo zapatos Nike. El sonido de las ruedas con las maderas Suena bien heavy. Saludos desde Venezuela broders.
I love how Steve dads up on AJ with the sprinkler “ it’s gotta go anyway… JUS LEAVE IT”
Killer session. Cab is a legend. Dan…wish you’d post more footage of you skating. I love your content & love watching you skate. Thank you!
He's hurt right now.
DUDE! 48YO skater. To just hang and skate with Cab would be a f-ing dream.
I’m 46 and got to skate at the park at the same time as Cab a few times, he used to live less that a half mile away from me in Campbell. But to skate his mini with him would be so awesome!!
I skated Redwood City park when Lance Mountain was there. I was so stoked.
I’m 48 as well. It would be a dream come true to skate his mini ramp with him
AJ has such fucking killer style dude some of those tricks and the reverts were ridiculous. Thanks for another fantastic video, Dan!
EPIC SESSION, MATT AND CHRIS. THAT HALF PIPE IS SO CLEAN. I BET STEVE IS PROUD OF YOU GUYS. THANKS FOR FILMING DAN. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING.
Wow I use to have a Steve Caballero board back in the days. Man what a Legend.
This was my skating in '90. I love miniramp so much.
Thanks Dan! It's so much fun watching the team skate on mini ramps. The video fell short, I wanted to see much more.
AJ just became my favorite... 🙌🔥🥰
When Cab shows up everyone including the manager starts rolling as hard as they can..
Loving seeing more Chris on your channel. Mathew is still the best vert skater! Steve is such a Legend 🔥
Chris is quickly becoming one of my favorite skaters. If I only had half of that man's style....
Cab is the man!
big facts
I think it's safe to say AJ really loved this ramp. He was putting it down.

" and now, in his signature shoe, the fakie backside 180.."🤣🤣🤣

What a level of skateboarding this is, nice to see the new BonesBrigade Crew.
Wow! Some great riding and tricks there!
When Deville starts skating it makes the thing growing on his face look a lot more appropriate 😅

Don't think I've ever seen a fakie back tail on transition before, thanks aj
Chris had some good pop on that ramp 👍👍
Had to edit my comment... AJ ripped it up too!
You guys murdered that ramp!! WOW
this is so sick! You guys are too good.
For some reason even when he does just simple grinds like 5050s and 5 0s it just looks so elegant
I think this is officially my dream team sesh.
With his neck thing..idk if Steve Cab could do other sports...but he was literally built to look down at a skateboard
Dude AJ destroyed that mini ramp 😮
Steve really embraced his Japanese heritage with bamboo and all.
While cab was skating I would have yelled … YAPPLE DAPPLE
So sick to see Deville skate!
I can't not say it...Steve's style goes a REALLY LONG WAY!!! It's not about the tricks its how you do 'em!
Oh Shi+ AJ murdered that mini🔥
Cool ramp
👍AJ's progression!
Hehe, ima newbie; seeing Deville skate was fookin hilarious 😋😇🫒
I'm.not saying his skating was funny; it was 8 spot, but it's like when your Dah says takes more drugs than you and it's the first time he's never lied.... Or something
Awesome ramp! I want one just like it

Every time I see AJ skate I wonder what the hell is going on with his legs and feet. insane.
I love Mathews foodplants or what ever you call them he does them to the MAX degree every time
Aj slaughtered that ramp!
Steve was skating at Download Festival 2004 and he threw a snickers out into the crowd and i ate it. Definitely a high point in my life haha.
Dan I think you would dominate mini-ramps if you concentrated on it for a while. Your ledge game and balance skills would translate really well there. Easier on old man bodies too.

more miniramp skating please :) i love it !!!

Dayum.
That one dude with the hair sure knows his way around a mini! 😳

Aj was on something else this session, sick.
