I loved this Kundalini class thank you Brett! I really liked the bear claw punching part it really helped open my spine like a spinal twist. My whole body feel relaxed and clear up my energy in my body feeling vey light. Great class adding it to my favorites! 🙏❤

YES - this particular kriya closes with Ongs…it’s a special women’s kriya and meditation from the “I am woman” book by 3Ho. Usually we close with Sat nams, you’re right 🙂
