I intensely wish that I could join in these moments in person, but being able to here online is precious! Being able to share in such a spiritual moment with so many people is incredible!!
And seriously, to hear and see so many smiles on the faces of the men portraying Jesus, Nephi, Alma, Amulek, and so many others in these videos has really shifted the way I read the scriptures!!! It is such sacred and tender material, yet this is one of the first times I've seen someone portray a call to repentance as a call to enjoy a precious gift.....that is really what it is all about. Love, hope, joy, peace all bound together. Beautifully done!!!

I love seeing the behind scenes of the video and would love to work on a project like the Book of Mormon videos. I am sure God is blessing those who at part of bringing the video to the viewers are truly blessed.
I feel so Blessed to know my Savior, thru this gospel. I know its the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was brought to tears thru out this series so many many times. God and Jesus I believe was with everyone during this series, and the Holy Ghost did guide also. I am so so Thankful Jesus forgives our sins. I know these records were saved for our generation. come to our church, enjoy the spirit of Jesus your self. come often.. Missionaries are ready to teach you if your interested. every one is special at church, We are your brothers and sisters thru Jesus Christ.
I just watched the new Book of Mormon videos for the first time. Wow! It moved me to tears. Thank you to Blair Treu and the entire production team for taking this series to the next level. The importance of the message was worth the investment you put into it. The video segments were powerful and extremely moving. The attention to detail, the visual backstories and high production quality allowed me to enjoy the experience and be in the moment without being distracted.

I love the new updated Book of Mormon videos! We were reading Alma 8-9 with our grandchildren for Come Follow Me. I suggested we watch the corresponding Book of Mormon video. They explained they'd already watched it, but it turns out it was the earlier version. When I played the updated version for them, they were mesmerized. It really made the story come alive for them! Keep up the good work.
Not to make too fine a point of it, but it's worth noting that as you compare 3 Nephi 10:18 to 3 Nephi 8:5, it becomes clear that the Savior's visit to the Nephites occurred "in the ending of the thirty and fourth year", whereas the three days of darkness, the tempests, earthquakes, fires, and other destruction happened "in the thirty and fourth year, in the first month, on the fourth day of the month. In other words, 11+ months later as opposed to immediately following the destruction, as is alluded to here.
I appreciate all the efforts to detail. When things look too neat and tidy and modern, it's harder to lose yourself in the video. I love when it feels authentic because then you can more deeply immerse yourself in the message and the emotions.

I always cried when i watch Jesus Christ and the Bible bring live action. And i pray with the character while crying pouring my heart and soul and my spirit.
WOW...Am impress by the great work about the B.O.M story. its spirit filled. I always shade tears with the people when ever I watch this videos. Great work by the crews. I want to be part of this acting. yea, I can act too😇

Keeping the casting of Christ consistent with the _Life of Christ Bible Videos_ would have helped this scene. Beautiful filming though! 💛🙏🏽
They refilmed scenes from the life of Christ as part of the production.
I felt that way too. I found the gentle portrayal by the previous actor very moving. But this actor has grown on me and am finding him more and more identifiable too.

In the laws the Levites didn't have steps ,not allowed to see the undergarments, Only ramps would have been used in my mind and thoughts
Steps would be breaking the laws of What is written in the Torah, but its not only me who understand this

Just wish the set was in a precolumbian North American setting where Joseph Smith said it took place, where the plates were found. All the prophecies of the “promised land” are of the USA and not mesoamerica. The painting of Christ appearing to the Nephites in our church buildings shows mesoamerican buildings from 600AD. Christ may have appeared to those people too (he told the Nephites he had other sheep to visit). This old tradition needs to be corrected in our church.
We really need to get these videos on the Silver Screen! Satan needs some competition in Hollywood. 🎥 🎬
Where do you get that Asian people were here in the American continent in that time..? They started their immigration by the 1800's. Buildings are not even accurate...😬😬
Indians are the first inhabitants of American continent, Mixture of different races descendent down to many generations. Look more on the positive messages than finding faults .
I think they are genius to be able to do this
