I must say I've never seen this kind of apples before, they really add something to the visual : as if a they were the scales of a little red fish.

I've watched a ton of pastry chefs and bakers over the years... and I can say you are arguably one of the finest out there.
I love how he makes such precise, sophisticated food, but when it comes time to chow down he just picks that slice of pie up and goes to town.

I am liking this puff pastry series. My favorite Mexican style bakery near my home makes a pastry they call ¨nidä¨, or nest. It is puff pastry set on its edge in a ring filled with a super moist lemon sponge cake. I know how you love lemons. Could you come up with a recipe for that to share? Thank you for considering it.

Oh wow this apple has a wonderful colour. Perfect for the season and also it makes it look so festive and romantic. I can imagine this for a Valentine’s Day dessert too

I like this channel, it's really a place of inspiration. Even I used to check the blog for the recepies and trying few ones in home, but now you have to pay for it; I guess it's not enough our likes on the vids. So sad for this, but I respect his job, good luck! :)
I've never tried those apples and have not had an apple pie with pastry cream...it really made my mouth water as I watched this video! WOW! This is something I would definitely like to try.
