    This workout is amazing! I keep on coming back to it and my abs is on fire ❤ Could you add maybe even a bit harder version?

    This is my first time trying this video. It’s amazing and very sweaty 😅😅 I’m usually workout at pilates studio since the pandemic I’m just did it at home. Very helpful video! Thank you for sharing your amazing videos.

    Not able to go to my regular gym hence searching for a suitable challenging pilate session after a 5 year hiatus...decided to give this a try. Don't think I was able to do all the moves perfectly but am not sure if it's challenging enough for me as I really need to work on my core. However I do like the session and will try your other sessions too. Are you Vietnamese and do you teach a studio??

    If you think this is tough try it out with 3kg ankle weights on each leg 🔥🤭😭🤣. I'm dying in my own puddle of sweat right now. Another great workout complete! I always think I've found my fav workout, until I discover a new one. So many to choose from❤️💪😁
