Sweat. Sweat. Sweat. Had to pause several times to wipe my sweat and stop at the middle of the workout just to catch my breath and drink lot of water. Can't performed some of the movements correctly. Can't finish on leg raise. Nearly give up. Keep pushing and trying through it. yes, I'm done! Feeling awesome for challenging myself. Great workout as always, Hannah. Thank you 💓

Love all these exercises!! They look simple but aren’t easy to do if I do proper and the same side leg combined with some exercises together. My whole body muscles are engaged and I feel great after finishing all of exercises. Thank you Hannah!!

Fantastic start to my day today! Loved the focus on legs in many sequences and also good challenge for all other areas. As always excellent variety so I never get bored of doing pilates with Hannah. It feels that I could keep doing your classes all day long, Hannah 😁😁😁
Also liked that sequences are longer in duration or maybe it is my imagination? 😃 for some challenging routines I felt that count to 10 was like a count to 100 hahaha 🤣😅

Congratulations, this is another great workout. Which is quite a difficult one, but you and your smile make it look easy! I couldn't make the one with the open feet in which you lift your body up not being able to do it even with the fist. I will practice more on it. Thankful for your time and energy ♥️🌹

Sure , I'm 16 and can do these effectively,so of course a 14 year old can do it too.
Thank you for the amazing class sister, but I have a slight upper back pain a few hours later after doing the workout, I wonder if the it is the soreness due to the exercises targetting the back (but I don't think there were many back exercises as most of them targetted the core)or did I do something wrong, please clarify.
Hi, there could be several reasons. But most common is, you might kept tension on your shoulders. Make sure they need to be stabilized. Hope it helps.

Unfortunately, boring. I was hoping to get up off the mat for once for the health, but unfortunately not. I think it was the first time I froze while exercising. No chance for even a drop of sweat.
Why do you have to cue that fast?
