i just boughr these guides for my new router table that i'm building. cant wait to try them. the router table is all jessem but on a plywood cabinet instead of the steel stand i visited jessem in new brunswick canada recently, awesome people and tools!
@@InfinityTools OK, but I tried it on the router table this evening and it works perfectly for long boards that aren't 100% flat, making baseboard mouldings.
Why do Jessem's router guides both angle toward the bit while their saw guides both angle toward the out feed side of the blade? Is there any reason the saw guides can't be reversed from the left side of a saw's fence to its right side to serve as router table guides for a router mounted in a saw's table extension?
The router stock guides both angle towards the fence and outfeed end. The guides need to be tilted inward towards your fence and in the direction that your material is moving as the guides only move in one direction to prevent kick-back. We cannot advise on using these in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.
On further consideration, using the saw guides on both the saw and router sides of the fence seems sound. The saw guides angle in toward the fence when sawing. They also angle toward the fence if the router is mounted to the right of the saw. Of course, the direction of feed is then toward the head of the T square fence. If the guide track is installed as far to the right on top of the rather broad, flat fence tube as possible, the guide arms should be long enough to reach across a hollow router fence that allows the saw's topside dust pickup to be used behind the router bit. Tell me if I've got it wrong. Anyone?
You certainly can, Neil. The fence has a rail on the left and right side that attaches to the underside of the router table top. You then attach the rails to your table top with wood screws. Our video here shows our entire routing system, including the fence, more clearly ua-cam.com/video/ayVbDfTqb1c/v-deo.html
+christschool I have used them a lot while making rail and stile doors and with both large and small lock miter bits for the horizontal cuts. I also use them as hold down when making raised panels. So they definitely work with large bits, in fact I would say they shine brightest with large bits that remove a lot of material.

This, amongst many of the items you sell have at Infinity, are AMAZING!!!!
I only have one functioning arm, so this may be perfect for me!!!
Can I use Clear Cut TS guides instead for the router table, I've got two complete sets and only use one for the table saw.
No, The table saw stock guides are not designed to be used on a router table.

Can you install the Mast R Fence shown in this video on your own home made router table?

Does this fit the Incra Wonder fence?
Yes, when mounted to Incra fences they can be used with material up to 1-3/16" thick.
Do these work as well on larger bits?
