i mean u can just swap between them anyways. Most video editors do. What i mean by that is, you have the comp in premiere, but then can edit some stuff in after effects and go back to premiere, just look up some tutorials.

I'm not going to be sharing on UA-cam for free, I will be putting it on my editing pack, which will come out after a few weeks. (don't worry, if you can't buy it, there will also be a free version, and you can also get the paid version for free if you win in my upcoming editing contest)

It can be done in premiere pro, But It wouldn't be automatic, You would had to keyframe it to sync with the audio
