This is a special 40 minutes recording of a practice which focuses on pranayama. During this difficult time, we can take advantage of time-tested pranayama's ability to improve our immunity, and also develop balance and calmness. Practice this once a day according to your convenience, or even twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. It will help to make you feel better.
