    This is a special 40 minutes practice for people who do not wish to exert themselves too much, or do not have time, or want a short cut and yet, get the benefit of the Sivananda asana practice. This is ideal in the current scenario, where many of us are confined to our homes and need to move our bodies and get some all-round exercise. The practice is wholesome, yet soothing, calming, and energizing. Enjoy!
