Sir, I am doing your 90 min class regularly for few weeks now. Experience is just amazing. I just wanted to know when should I practice this meditation ? Before or After the 90 min yoga session?

Hello Akash, meditation is best practiced after the yoga practice session as the body is more relaxed, steady and focused. You will be able to sit for meditation comfortably without much physical and mental disturbance.
