Very nice ! I like this type of exercise barefoot.
Your choreography looks a lot like Booty Barre choreography...even some of your cues.
Most barre methods use similar cueing, and as I'm sure you know, as with Pilates, most "basic" barre movements are the same. Nice to know we are all on the same page! BodyBarre classes are choreographed to 8 counts as opposed to the 10 reps in most other barre methods. We also work one side completely through, until fatigue, without switching back and forth. Choreographing our classes this way, ensures a total body, HIIT-style workout. Thanks for your interest.
Thank you for your quick reply, but Booty Barre is 8 counts as well. It's not just the moves, it's the sequencing. I guess great minds think alike?
BodyBarre method creator Paige Erwin was a professional dancer and personal trainer for many years, and developed the sequencing, musicality cues, and basic "skeleton" for our method, based on dance-inspired choreography. None of us are Booty Barre certified, so we can't compare! :)
