    These are great. I do some warm ups lying down in bed, then I do these chair yoga exercises on the edge of the bed or in front of the tv if I have the energy to get up. It's been such a game changer, thanks for uploading this❤

    I’ve just started this exercise and I go on the cross trainer for fifteen minutes every morning and fifteen minutes every afternoon, so when can I expect results?

    • @workout-guru

      That's great to hear that you have started this exercise routine! Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results, so keep up the good work. It's hard to say exactly when you can expect to see results, as it varies for each individual. However, as long as you continue to stay dedicated and put in the effort, you should start to see improvements in your fitness and overall health within a few weeks. Just remember to also maintain a healthy diet and listen to your body's needs. Keep up the great work!

    Thanks Quentin I will start this regimen on Monday. I promise. The idea of the cheesecake is daunting. I need someone to give me willpower! Alcoholics call it the buddy system!

      Hi there! I'm glad to hear that you will be starting the regimen on Monday. I believe in you and I know you can do it. As for the cheesecake, I completely understand how daunting it can be. But remember, everything in moderation is key. And if you need some extra motivation or accountability, I'm here for you. We can be each other's "buddy system" and help each other stay on track. Let's do this together!

    Man, I don't mean this to sound condescending but just 1 step is better than none. A famous comedian has a saying "keep 'er movin'". Good luck Friend.

      Espero que tus rutinas te ayuden a aliviar tu lumbalgia crónica. Si encuentras que alguna de ellas te resulta especialmente beneficiosa, trata de hacerla con más frecuencia. Puedes intentar hacer un seguimiento de tus síntomas para ver si hay alguna mejora. ¡Espero que la lumbalgia te mejore pronto!

    Can you do these exercises sitting on an exercise ball ?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  4 місяці тому

      Yes, you can definitely do these exercises sitting on an exercise ball! In fact, using an exercise ball can add an extra level of challenge and engage your core muscles even more. Just make sure to maintain proper posture and stability while performing the exercises. Thank you for your question!

    Not sure why ads need to be in the middle of a workout. Why after getting halfway through, would I need to take a break for 30 seconds so some ads can come on.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  8 місяців тому

      Hi there! Thank you for your interest in my video. I would be happy to share some tips on how to make a video like this. Firstly, you will need a good camera or smartphone with a high-quality camera. Then, plan out your shots and create a storyboard to ensure a cohesive flow. Next, make sure you have good lighting and sound quality. You can also use editing software to enhance your footage and add music or special effects. Finally, practice and have fun with it! I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck!
