Went online to discover all the beginner's sewing machines that are recommended for newbies like me thanks to you! It says refer to A or B or C and so on... doesn't exactly show you "seamlessly" 🤣 that SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR "THING"!!! TYSVM!!!

Hi I have one of these and it worked great but now with the new thread on the bobbin it will get tangled and break off. What could be the problem? I didn't have a problem before with it.
My name is Julie and I have the handheld desktop sewing machine but the upper tension dial isn't working and the upper thread isn't moving it's stuck but the bottom thread is working. I hope I can find a way to move the tension dial to fix it somehow.
This machine only does a basic stitch, and I don't believe it's capable of very thick material or very thin material... It's good for hemming, repairing a seam, etc..
